Odluka predsjednice Federacije BiH i potpredsjednika FBiH predstavlja krivično djelo, kazao je potpredsjednik Federacije BiH Refik Lendo gostujući na BHRT-u.
„Slobodna Bosna“ donosi najzanimljivije detalje razgovora.
-Ja ih upozoravam ako to nastave slijedi krivična prijava protiv Lidije Bradare i Igora Stojanovića koji nelegalno koriste svoj pečat, komentirao je Lendo odluku da ne bude pozvan na radno-konstitutivni sastanak parlamentarne većine oba doma Parlamenta Federacije BiH i članova Vlade Federacije BiH. Podsjetimo, poziv nije upućen potpredsjedniku Federacije Refiku Lendi, koji ovo vidi kao isključivanje predstavnika Bošnjaka iz svih procesa.
Neozbiljnost Schmidtove odluke dao im je vjetar u leđa da oni to mogu tako uraditi, kazao je Lendo.
Na pitanje voditelja kako je reagirala njegova stranka SDA, Lendo odgovara:
-Slali smo im upozorenje da odustanu od takvih sastanaka ali nismo dobili odgovor, oni danas nastavljaju s tim radom.
-Zvanično se ne susrećemo. S Igorom sam se nezvanično sreo u Tuzli.
Očito predstavnici Srba i Hrvata su shvatili da svoj mandat mogu odraditi bez predstavnika Bošnjaka, kazao je Lendo.
-Zamolili su Schmidta, pa je on umjesto njih formirao vladu.
Oni su shvatili da u narednih godinu dana mogu samostalno donositi odluke.
Nismo imali nijedan zajednički sastanak od Schmidtovih odluka.
Svaka odluka koja se donese bez oba potpredsjednika ne može biti validna.
Reagirat ćemo da se ovo ne bi nastavilo, kazao je on.
-SDA će upozoriti da se poštuje Ustav, da se sastaju radna tijela i donose odluke.
Mi moramo to da nadziremo i donosimo odluke u skladu s Ustavom, kazao je Lendo.
Na pitanje zašto je SDA koalirala sa HDZ-om u Srednjebosanskom kantonu, Lendo je kazao da se bez HDZ-a ne može, te kako bi, da su mogi, eliminirali HDZ BiH iz Vlade SBK.
