Riad Bajić rođen je 6. maja 1994. u Sarajevu. Seniorsku igračku karijeru počeo je u Željezničaru, gdje je prekomandovan iz juniorskog pogona kluba s Grbavice. Kasnije ga je lopta odvela u Konjaspor i Udineze, a u međuvremenu je bio i na posudbi u Bašakšehiru te klubu iz Konje.
Za naš najbolji državni tim odigrao je 17 utakmica te još 12 za U-21 reprezentaciju BiH i četiri za selekciju U-19, gdje je postigao pet golova.
