RS | U planu drastično smanjenje plata, sindikat ogorčen

Vlada RS planira da budžetski deficit u iduće dvije godine smanji primjenjući nekoliko mjera, među kojima je i smanjenje cijene rada zaposlenim u gradskim i opštinskim upravama. Tim povodom, održana je sjednica Predsjedništva Sindikata uprave Republike Srpske.

Program fiskalne konsolidacije, koji je izradila Vlada Srpske, već je upućen u Parlament Srpske na usvajanje. Nove mjere podrazumijevaju smanjenje primanja za skoro 40% radnicima u organima uprave, od čistačice do načelnika odjeljenja.

Neprihvatljivo je da se ovakve mjere uvode bez ranije konsultacije sa radnicima, smatraju u Sindikatu uprave.

„Ovakve mjere su sahranjivanje socijalnog dijaloga u RS i ne vode ničemu dobrom, današnji zaključnci predsjedništva sindikata uprave su da pozivamo Vladu RS i poslanike da odbace dio mjera koji se odnosi na smanjenje cijene rada koje se odnose za zaposlene u jedinicama lokalne samouprave“, kaže Božo Marić, predsjednik Sindikata uprave RS. 

U republičkim organima uprave, cijena rada je 100 maraka, dok se najniža cijena rada u okviru jedinica lokalne samouprave kreće od 110 KM do 145 KM, u zavisnosti od razvijenosti grada ili opštine. Umjesto da se plate povećavaju i omogući građanima bolji standard života, smanjenjem primanja građani se dovode na rub egzistencije, kažu u sindikatu lokalne samouprave, uprave i javnih službi . 

„Mi se borimo za povećanje plata svim zaposlenim i u realnom sektoru i u javnom, a bilo kakvo smanjenje, cijene od prošle godine su povećane i potrošačka korpa se povećala tako da povećanje plata Sindikat neće dozvoliti bilo kakvo smanjenje plate“, kaže Branko Zelenović, predsjednik Sindikata lokalne samouprave,uprave i javnih službi RS.

U programu Vlade još piše da je potrebno izvršiti analizu broja zaposlenih i u skladu s tim donijeti novu sistematizaciju radnih mjesta kojima je regulisan maksimalan broj zaposlenih u gradskoj odnosno opštinskoj upravi.

Sve ove izmjene su ponovo opravdane pandemijom virusa korona da bi se ponovo uspostavilo poštovanje fiskalnog pravila, a sprovodiće se u periodu od 2021 do  2023 godine.
