Sajam šljive u Gradačac dovodi regionalne privrednike, građani će učiti kako da prave šljivopitu
Tradicionalni Međunarodni sajam poljoprivrede i prehrambene industrije, odnosno Sajam šljive u Gradačcu ove godine će biti održan od 24. do 27. augusta. Prema najavama organizatora, u 49. izdanju će učestvovati 350 izlagača iz Hrvatske, Srbije, Crne Gore i BiH.
U okviru ovogodišnjeg sajma izlagači će svoje predstavljanje upriličiti na izložbenom prostoru od pet hiljada kvadratnih metara u Sportskoj dvorani Skenderija u Gradačcu. Četverodnevni događaj upotpunit će i bogat prateći sadržaj.
“Ove godine ćemo imati i podsajamsku manifestaciju, odnosno sajam pčelarstva. Zanimljivo je da nećemo zaboraviti tradiciju jer ćemo organizirati i gastro avliju na jezeru Hazna, gdje će se moći vidjeti kako nastaju tradicionalni proizvodi od šljive, poput šljivopite”, kazao je Ensar Mešanović iz Turističke zajednice Gradačca.
Također, sajam će pratiti i stručno-naučno savjetovanje svih učesnika.
“Sa Prirodno-matematičkim fakultetom Univerziteta u Tuzli imamo potpisan protokol, a ove godine ćemo se baviti agro-turizmom. Također, imamo potpisan protokol i sa Poljoprivrednim fakultetom Univerziteta u Sarajevu te ćemo se baviti najaktuelnijim temama iz poljoprivrede, a jedna od njih je značaj ulaganja države u domaću poljoprivrednu proizvodnju”, dodao je Mešanović.
Sajam šljive u Gradačcu najstarija je manifestacija te vrste u našoj zemlji, a u decenijama iza nas doprinijela je razvoju jedne poljoprivredne proizvodnje, ali i prehrambene industrije u ovoj regiji Bosne i Hercegovine.
“Edukativni dio sajma doprinio je tome da se savremene agro-tehničke mjere prvi put primjene na prostoru Gradačca, gdje su danas voćari, ali i ostali poljoprivredni proizvođači prepoznati kao oni koji čine značajan iskorak u odnosu na neke druge sredine”, istaknuo je načelnik gradačca Edis Dervišević.
Ovaj sajam imao je i značajan doprinos u razvoju turizma te promociji grada Gradačca.
“Raduje nas što i ove godine imamo priliku nastaviti u tom smjeru. Vjerujemo da će 49. sajam biti još jedan značajni iskorak u odnosu na prethodno izdanje te da ćemo 50. izdanje prirediti na jedan posebno spektakularan način”, dodao je Dervišević.
Organizator sajma ove godine dobio je i podršku Vlade Tuzlanskog kantona u iznosu od 15 hiljada KM. S druge strane, Ministarstvo privrede Kantona Sarajevo tradicionalno učestvuje na gradačačkom sajmu šljive, a tako će biti i ove godine.
“Već smo raspisali javni poziv za animiranje i prikupljanje zainteresiranih proizvođača i prerađivača prehrambenih proizvoda, koji bi učestvovali na sajmu gdje će prezentirati svoje proizvode, uspostaviti saradnju sa drugim proizvođačima i nadam se ostvariti konkretne poslovne saradnje”, kazao je Kemal Starogorčić, pomoćnik ministra za poljoprivredu Kantona Sarajevo.
Posjetitelji sajma će i ove prilike moći kupiti šljivu i proizvode od te vrste voća, ali se i upoznati o njenom širem značaju.
