Visoki predstavnik u Bosni i Hercegovini Christian Schmidt donio je odluku da suspenduje Zakon o nepokretnoj imovini koji treba stupiti na snagu u RS.
“Suspendovao sam primjenu Zakon do ocjene Ustavnog suda kako bi se izbjegle negativne pravne reprekusije za građane i potencijalne investitore. Danas proširujem i zabranu raspolaganja državnom imovinom kako bi je uskladio s odlukama Ustavnog suda. Ovom odlukom janso se daje do znanja da samo država Bosna i Hercegovina može raspolagati državnom imovinom odnosno uređivati vlasništvo nad državno,m imovinom, što se primjenjuje na sve nivoe vlasti u BiH”, rekao je Schmidt.
