Naime, Upravni odbor Saveza napravio je detaljnu analizu predloženih zakona o doprinosima i porezu na dohodak, kao i stvarnih troškova života radnika u Federaciji BiH. Na osnovu toga zaključeno je da se od Vlade Federacije BiH zahtijeva utvrđivanje najniže plate u Federaciji BiH u iznosu od 1.000 KM.
Stav Saveza je da maksimalni iznos plate koja se isplaćuje iz budžeta na svim nivoima u FBiH ne može biti viša od tri prosječne plate isplaćene u Federaciji BiH. Također, protivi se svakom novom kreditnom zaduženju prema MMF koje će dodatno gurnuti građane naše zemlje u dužničko ropstvo.
“S obzirom da je radno-pravni status i ekonomsko-socijalni položaj radnika u FBiH svakim danom sve teži, te da se suočavamo s masovnim odlaskom radnika, tražimo od Vlade FBiH da hitno i bez odlaganja otkoči proces socijalnog dijaloga na federalnom nivou, te da u prijedlozima svih zakonskih rješenja kojima se direktno i indirektno tretiraju prava i položaj radnika budu ugrađene i primjedbe i sugestije Saveza samostalnih sindikata BiH”, saopćeno je iz SSSBiH.
