SIPA izvršila pretrese na 11 lokacija kod Tuzle i Zvornika, uhapšeno sedam osoba
Policijski službenici Državne agencije za istrage i zaštitu (SIPA) sinoć su realizirali operativnu akciju kodnog naziva “Skuter“.Prilikom realizacije operativne akcije policijski službenici SIPA-e pretresli su osobe, stambene i poslovne objekte na 11 lokacija u Tuzli, Kalesiji i Zvorniku, te lišili slobode sedam osoba zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da su počinile krivično djelo iz člana 250. Krivičnog zakona Bosne i Hercegovine “Organizirani kriminal“, u vezi sa krivičnim djelom iz člana 210a. istog zakona “Nedozvoljen promet akciznih proizvoda“.
Prilikom pretresa policijski službenici SIPA-e otkrili su i privremeno oduzeli 16.974 kutija cigareta, oko 27 kilograma rezanog duhana, 11 mobilnih telefona sa pripadajućim SIM karticama, novac u ukupnom iznosu od 8.045 eura i 16.390 konvertibilnih maraka, pištolj, te druge predmete koji mogu poslužiti kao dokaz u daljem krivičnom postupku.
Operativna akcija “Skuter“ realizirana je po naredbama Suda Bosne i Hercegovine i Tužilaštva Bosne i Hercegovine, u saradnji sa policijskim službenicima MUP-a Republike Srpske i MUP-a Tuzlanskog kantona.
U vezi sa realizacijom navedenih aktivnosti, SIPA će u zakonskom roku nadležnim pravosudnim institucijama podnijeti odgovarajuće izvještaje.
