SIPA objavila detalje akcije u Zenici, pretresi na 11 lokacija
Policijski službenici SIPA-e danas su započeli pretrese na 11 lokacija na području Zenice, zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da su počinjena krivična djela organizovanog kriminala, zloupotrebe položaja ili ovlasti, oštećenja povjerilaca, prouzrokovanja stečaja i nesavjesnog rada u službi.
Riječ je o djelima iz Krivičnog zakona FBiH. U operativnoj akciji “Zenicatrans” policijski službenici SIPA-e vrše pretrese stambenih i službenih prostorija, u cilju pronalaska i privremenog oduzimanja predmeta, odnosno dokumentovanja nezakonitih aktivnosti službenih i odgovornih osoba u Gradu Zenica, saopćeno je iz SIPA-e.
Pretresi se vrše po naredbi Kantonalnog suda u Zenici i pod nadzorom postupajućeg tužioca Kantonalnog tužilaštva Zeničko-dobojskog kantona u saradnji s policijskim službenicima Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova Srednjobosanskog kantona, Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova Republike Srpske i Federalne uprave policije.
“Uzimajuću u obzir to da su aktivnosti policijskih službenika u toku, o detaljima operativne akcije javnost će biti informisana naknadno”, navedeno je iz SIPA-e.
Klix.ba je jutros objavio da SIPA na području Zenice provodi akciju čija je meta, između ostalih, i gradonačelnik Fuad Kasumović. Kako saznaje Klix.ba, uhapšeno je nekoliko osoba, dok Kasumović nije pronađen na adresi stanovanja niti je dostupan na telefon, kao ni njegova saradnica.
