Slastičarska tradicija porodice Sulejmani

Gradacacki Glas

Davne 1971. godine Gradačac je imao točeni sladoled vrhunske kvalitete zahvaljući slastičarskoj porodici Sulejmani u slastičarnici MAKEDONIJA, a prije svega njezinom prvom vlasniku Sulejmani Džemalu (slika 1) i dan danas to radimo i trudimo se da budemo najbolji.

Na drugoj slici se nalazi sadašnji vlasnik iste slastičarne, nasljednik svoga oca, Sulejmani Šinazi sa svojih 6 godina dok daje točeni sladoled.

Ista slastičarna posluje već 20 godina pod nazivom Tropic. Treba napomenuti da je za sve to jednako zaslužna i Džemalova žena Asima.

Na kraju nam ostaje da dodamo da u današnjem vremenu, svako može kupiti razne aparate, ali ono što ide u njih i ono što ustvari jedemo se zove Recept. I to se ne kupuje! @ Gradačac
