Srušen zakon o PIO-u
Novalić: Prvi put ću iskoristiti ustavne ovlasti i vratiti zakon o PIO-u u Parlament; Osmanović: SBB srušio Drljačin zakon
Nastavljena je sjednica Zastupničkog doma na kojoj se obratio zastupnik Ismet Osmanović (SDA) koji je kazao da su razočarani potezom zastupnika SBB-a koji su srušili zakon i upitao se kako su mogli to učiniti kada je ministar rada i socijalne politike Vesko Drljača, koji je učestvovao u pripremi zakona, njihov kadar.
Rekao je da će zbog nerazmatranja Prijedloga zakona o PIO-u po hitnoj proceduri danas biti zakazana konferencija za novinare u 15 sati u Parlamentu.
Premijer Fadil Novalić je za govornicom potcrtao da nakon što je zakon o PIO-u poslan u redovnu proceduru, više ne može biti odgovoran za isplatu penzija.
– A o redovitosti neću ni govoriti. Ovo će Federalni zavod dovesti do finansijskog kolapsa. Prvi put u mandatu ću iskoristiti ustavne ovlasti i isti tekst zakona o PIO-u ću vratiti u Parlament, na razmatranje po hitnom postupku, na to me obavezuje data riječ penzionerima – poručio je Novalić.
Zastupnici SBB-a su negirali svoju odgovornost kada je riječ o Prijedlogu zakonu o PIO-u, i tražili su ostavku premijera Novalića. Njihov stav je da se zakon ne treba razmatrati po hitnom postupku, već da ide u redovnu proceduru.
