Po nalogu i pod nadzorom Kantonalnog tužilaštva USK Bihać, pripadnici Federalne uprave policije Detašman Bihać su danas izvršili pretres prostorija Doma zdravlja Bihać. Pritom su uhapšene tri osobe, i to direktorica Doma zdravlja Bihać Anela Kasumović Softić, te zaposlenici Doma zdravlja Bihać Adnan Lipovača i Nermana Lipovača zbog postojanja osnova sumnje da su počinili produženo krivično djelo Zloupotrebe položaja ili ovlaštenja i Primanje dara ili drugih oblika koristi, potvrđeno je za N1 iz Kantonalnog tužilaštva USK.
Osumnjičenoj Aneli Kasumović Softić se stavlja na teret da je tokom 2018. i početkom 2019. godine, uz pomaganje osumnjičenih Adnana Lipovače i Nermane Lipovače, nezakonito u radni odnos primila veći broj osoba, od kojih je zauzvrat primala novčane iznose od 3.000 do 5.000 hiljada eura po radnom mjestu.
Pretresom rukovodi tužilački tim Kantonalnog tužilaštva USK Bihać, a uahpšene osobe će u toku dana biti provedena u prostorije Federalne uprave policije, Detašman Bihać radi daljnje kriminalističke obrade.
“Kantonalno tužilaštvo USK Bihać napominje predstavnike medija i druga zainteresirana lica koja budu preuzimala ovo saopštenje da potvrđivanje optužnice protiv određene osobe ne znači da je ta osoba zaista i odgovorna za počinjenje krivičnog djela. Prema principu presumpcije nevinosti, svako se smatra nevinim za krivično djelo dok se pravosnažnom presudom ne utvrdi njegova krivica”, stoji u saopćenju.
