U Bundestagu usvojena rezolucija o BiH, Čović i Dodik ocijenjeni kao glavni krivci za loše stanje
Zastupnici njemačkog Bundestaga na današnjem zasjedanju usvojili su odluke koje se tiču Bosne i Hercegovine a između ostalog usvojena je i rezolucija pod nazivom “Podrška Bosni i Hercegovini na putu ka boljoj budućnosti”.
Zatupnici su prvo glasali za rezoluciju, a glasanje za slanje njemačkih vojnika u BiH u okviru misije EUFOR-a je izdvojeno i zastupnicima je dato 20 minuta vremena za glasanje.
Bundestag je razmatrao dokument koji su u parlamentarnu proceduru uputili predstavnici vladajućih partija SPD, FDP i Zeleni pod nazivom “Podrška Bosni i Hercegovini na putu ka boljoj budućnosti” unutar kojeg se traži od njemačke vlade da pruži jaču podršku Bosni i Hercegovini i spriječi rast nacionalističke retorike.
Osim vladajućih partija, za ovu rezoluciju glasali su i predstavnici CDU-a, a protiv su bili članovi desničarskog AfD-a te krajnje ljevice.
Tokom rasprave koja je trajala 40 minuta, u Bundestagu su se obratili brojni zastupnici iz svih stranačkih frakcija, a između ostalog o ovoj temi govorio je i Adis Ahmetović (SPD).
“Uvijek je važno graditi mostove između ljudi, kultura, regija, susjednih zemalja pa i kontinenata. Svi nastojimo biti arhitekti. Naš fundament je demokratski poredak. BiH želi takvu konstrukciju i želi da počiva na slobodi, demokraciji i blagostanju. Zbog toga je ovaj zahtjev o kojem glasamo važan za razvoj budućnosti ove mlade demokratije”, rekao je Ahmetović.
Poručio je kako je dokument koji su predložile vladajuće stranke izazvao brojne rasprave.
“Sadržaj zahtjeva je izazvao diskusiju zadnjih mjeseci i to je dobro. Imali smo napade, pomalo rasističke, ali ispostavilo se da smo pogodili živac i ranu. BiH je dio evropske porodice i mora vrlo brzo dobiti status kandidata za pristup EU. Zbog toga ćemo podupirati održavanje izbora, nastojanja Christiana Schmidta i sve proevropske stranke na putu ka ostvarivanju demokratske države. Koncept konstitutivnih naroda je propao, ali imamo demokratski princip koji se mora ispostaviti na svim nivoima bez obzira kojoj naciji i etničkoj skupini pripadate”, ističe Ahmetović.
Na kraju svog govora, Ahmetović je pojasnio kako Bosna i Hercegovina treba jako civilno društvo.
“Zemlji je potrebno civilno društvo, jako obrazovanje, treba nam demokratska, pluralistička medijska scena. Moramo izgraditi mostove koji se neće urušiti, a to su demokratija, mir, sloboda i blagostanje”, zaključio je Ahmetović.
Kakvu je rezoluciju usvojio Bundestag?
Kada je riječ o rezoluciji vladajućih stranaka, u njoj se navodi kako stanje u BiH izaziva veliku zabrinutost.
“Etničke podjele i dalje oblikuju svakodnevni život, dominiraju politikom i blokiraju napredak i reformske procese. Nacionalistička i zapaljiva retorika ponovo su dio političkog diskursa”, ističu stranke.
Zbog toga, iz SPD-a, FDP-a i Zelenih pozvali su njemačku vladu na čelu s Olafom Scholzom da pruži veću podršku Bosni i Hercegovini.
“Reforme su decenijama blokirane kako bi se održalo povoljno okruženje za korupciju. Sada se pojedini politički lideri sve više oslanjaju na separatizam, mržnju i govor mržnje kako bi odvratili pažnju javnosti od zastoja. Konkretno, političke akcije nacionalističkih političara poput Milorada Dodika, trenutno člana državnog Predsjedništva, i Dragana Čovića, predsjednika stranke HDZ BiH, imaju za cilj da unište Bosnu i Hercegovinu kao državu i dom raznolikog stanovništva. To je neprihvatljivo i zahtijeva odlučan, čvrst otpor Evropske unije, njenih država članica i međunarodne zajednice”, pojašnjavaju.
Na kraju, poručili su kako se od djelovanja u BiH moraju distancirati i lideri u Srbiji i Hrvatskoj.
“Pored toga, od političkih lidera Srbije, takođe u pogledu tekućeg procesa pristupanja EU, i Hrvatske treba bez sumnje tražiti da se distanciraju od etničkih separatističkih snaga u Bosni i Hercegovini”, zaključuje se u dokumentu.
