U Gradačcu izabran najbolji sportista 2017. godine
Večeras je u prepunoj Sportskoj dvorani gradačačkog Sajma izabran najbolji sportista u muškoj i ženskoj konkurenciji za 2017. godinu.
Te laskave titule ponijeli su sasvim zasluženo odbojkašica Tijana Lazarević u ženskoj i golman NK Zvijezda, Emir Prljača u muškoj konkurenciji. Nagrađeni su također kao treća u ženskoj konkurenciji Džulijana Latifović, te drugoplasirana Aldijana Mustafagić.
U muškoj konkurenciji trećeplasirani je Halid Mehmedović, dok je drugoplasirani Amel Omerčić.
Najuspješniji sportista – invalid općine Gradačac je Damir Babajić. Najuspješniji treneri u 2017. godini su: Asmir Jahić, Hazim Nukić, Emina Taletović i Dado Doborac.
Za posebne rezultate u desetogodišnjem trenerskom radu zahvalnicu je dobio trener Arnel Mulić.
Za najuspješnije sportske ekipe u seniorskoj kategoriji proglašene su: trećeplasirana ekipa je KIK ,,Zmaj,, Gradačac, drugoplasirana je OK Kula Gradačac i najuspješnija sportska ekipa je NK Zvijezda Gradačac.
Priznanja za mlađe selekcije su otišle u ruke:
Najbolji u pionirskoj konkurenciji je Ženet Huskić odbojkašica OK Kula Gradačac, najuspješniji kadet je Ajla Zukić, a najbolji među juniorima je Rasim Bahić. Dodjeljene su i nagrade najboljim osnovnim, srednjim i sportskim školama.
Posebno priznanje su dobili za vidan rad i dobar napredak sportskih kolektiva treneri Nermin Šabić i Nihad Kadić, kao i izuzetan doprinos za razvoj sporta i njegovu afirmaciju, te za knjigu o 95 godina postojanja NK Zvijezde koja ide u štampanje, Suad Krajnović.
Zahvalnice su podijeljene i firmama koje pomažu rad sportskih kolektiva. Bilo je dirljivo kada se prisutnima obratio Sulejman Sinanović, otac tragišno nastradale odbojkašice Erne Sinanović koji je iz ruku načelnika Edisa Dervišagića primio posthumno priznanje za svoju kćerku. Izbor za sportistu godine je završen sa porukom da sportisti Gradačca ponove ove uspjehe i budu još bolji.
