U Gradačcu otvoren 12. sajam organskih proizvođača Eko – Etno BiH
Otvaranju 12. gradačačkog sajma organskih proizvođača Eko – Etno BiH prisustvovali su ministar poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodoprivrede Tuzlanskog kantona Emir Begić i ministar trgovine, turizma i saobraćaja TK Mustafa Šakić. Organizaciju manifestacije i ove je godine predvodila Mreža žena Veliko srce u BiH a na sajmu izlažu 34 certificirana organska proizvođača iz cijele Bosne i Hercegovine.
Da ova vrsta proizvodnje u posljednje vrijeme zauzima sve veće mjesto u našoj zemlji potvrđuje i velika posjećenost sajma, koji pored ekoloških nudi i etno paletu proizvoda, karakterističnih za naše krajeve.
„Tradicija je nešto što ne možemo ostaviti po strani i smatram da će sajam doprinjeti razvoju clokupne privrede a posebno poljoprivrede na području TK“, naglasio je ovom prilikom ministar Šakić, napominjući da je potrebno iskoristiti potencijale i prednost koje naša zemlja ima.
„Meni je izuzetno drago i zadovoljstvo vidjeti da su ovdje na izložbenim prostorima uključene i pojedine škole iz Gradačca i okruženja jer se na taj način već u školama ukazuje mladima, srednjoškolcima, značaj ove vrste proizvodnje i to je ono što motiviše mlade ljude da se uključe u ovu vrstu proizvodnje“, kazao je ministar Begić.
Almasa Huskić iz Mreže žena Veliko srce u BiH kazala je da je cilj sajma promocija proizvodnje hrane, koju takvu kakva jeste – kvalitetna, treba da koristi naše stanovništvo.
„Organska proizvodnja je komplet izvozno orjentisana, mi to možemo plasirati ali cilj je da je zadržimo ovdje, da turiste dovodimo ovdje i da im ovdje ponudimo najkvalitetnije i naplatimo turistički brend“, kazala je Huskić.
