Udruženje poslodava FBiH smatra da mjere Vlade nisu dovoljne, predlažu svoje mjere
Udruženje poslodavaca Federacije BiH smatra da mjere za podršku privredi, sadržane u Prijedlogu zakona o ublažavanju negativnih ekonomskih posljedica, predstavljaju izvjestan napredak u odnosu na ranije donesene mjere, ali su još nedovoljne pogotovo kada se porede sa najavljenim mjerama Vlade Republike Srpske i donesenim mjerama u zemljama regiona.”Udruženje poslodavaca pozdravlja odluku Vlade Kantona Sarajevo da uplati minimalne plate za mart svim radnicima u firmama kojima je odlukama kriznih štabova zabranjen rad”, saopšteno je iz ovog udruženja.
Poslodavci pozivaju vlade drugih kantona i opština, da u skladu sa svojim nadležnostima i mogućnostima kroz aktivne ekonomske mjere, pomognu u očuvanju radnih mjesta i privrede.
Poslodavci insistiraju na hitnom usvajanju mjera koje je Udruženje predložilo 29. marta, te dodaju da ove mjere, između ostalog, uključuju hitno potpisivanje Privremenog socijalnog sporazuma sa Vladom FBiH i sindikatom.
“Ovim hitnim sporazumom, tokom njegovog trajanja, zabraniće se otpuštanje radnika, uvesti institut čekanja, regulisati pitanje godišnjih odmora zaposlenih, regulisati rad od kuće, smanjiti plate onima za čijim radom privremeno ne postoji potreba, ali ne manje od minimalne plate. Njime će se smanjiti plate u javnom sektoru 20 odsto, kao i regulisati obaveza poslodavca da isplati plate u dogovorenom iznosu i precizno definisati refundiranje dijela plata od strane države”, istaknuto je u saopštenju.
Poslodavci upozoravaju da, ukoliko sindikat ne pristane na potpisivanje Privremenog socijalnog sporazuma, u tom slučaju treba donijeti lex specialis, kojim trebaju biti regulisana ova pitanja.
