Uprava policije MUP-a TK: Oduzeta veća količina pirotehničkih sredstava
Službenici Uprave policije MUP-a TK-a su u proteklih pet dana na području Srebrenika, Tuzle, Živinica, Gračanice, Banovića i Gradačca oduzeli veću količinu pirotehničkih sredstava.
U Tinji kod Srebrenika policajci su od N.B. (30) iz Banovića i A.Lj. (32) iz Živinica, zbog nezakonite prodaje pirotehničkih sredstava, oduzeli 1.050 komada petardi.
Na području Tuzle policajci su od osoba S. B. (29) i A. H. (33), također iz Tuzle, oduzeli 880 komada petardi i 140 komada raketa.
Policajci PS Živinice su u centru grada od osobe H. J. iz Živinica oduzeli 350 komada petardi, dok su policajci PS Gradačac u naselju Porebrice od osobe V. M. (30) i F. M. (20), oba iz Brčkog oduzeli 200 komada petardi i šest komada raketa.
Na području Banovića policajci su od osobe inicijala S. H. (42) iz Živinica privremeno oduzeli 680 komada petardi, dok su policajci PS Istok Tuzla u centru ovog grada od A. H. (57) i S. M. (48) oduzeli 300 komada različitih pirotehničkih sredstava.
Na području Gračanice policajci su od osoba H. S. (50), F. I. (41) i S. I.(35), svi iz Gračanice oduzeli 600 komada petardi i četiri kutije različitih pirotehničkih sredstava. Protiv navedenih osoba bit će pokrenut prekršajni postupak zbog naružavanja Zakona o javnom redu i miru TK.
