Usvojene izmjene Zakona o javnim prihodima FBiH
Zastupnički dom Parlamenta Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine (ZD FBiH) je danas usvojio izmjene Zakona o pripadnosti javnih prihoda.Nakon višesatne rasprave zakon je usvojen sa 62 glasa za. Osam parlamentaraca je bilo protiv, dok ih je pet bilo suzdržano. Izmjene podrazumijevaju da se smanji ponder na osnovu kojeg Kanton Sarajevo dobija više javnih prihoda od drugih kantona.
Kako je tokom sjednice izjavio jedan od predlagača izmjena, zastupnik vladajuće SDA Salko Zildžić, ponder 2 za Kanton Sarajevo bi se sljedeće godine smanjio na 1,4, a godinu kasnije na 1,3. Naglasio je bi se smanjenje zaustavilo na 1,3. Ocijenio je da bi time Kanton Sarajevo prihodovao 86 miliona KM manje te da bi taj novac bio raspodijeljen po drugim kantonima.
Izmjene su predložili zastupnici i vladajućih i opozicionih stranaka. Osim Zildžića to su:
- Ismet Osmanović (SDA);
- Samira Begić (SDA);
- Rahim Gadžić (SDA);
- Husein Rošić (SDA);
- Edita Mazić (SDA);
- Enver Jukanović (SDA);
- Hamdija Abdić (SDA);
- Zlatko Ercegović (SD);
- Meliha Bijedić (SD);
- Nedžad Šećić (SD);
- Adin Huremović (SBB);
- Mujo Hasić (SDP);
- Mirsad Čamdžić (NS).
U parlamentarnoj raspravi su dominantno učestvovali oni zastupnici koji su podržali izmjene Zakona o pripadnosti javnih prihoda. Smatraju da će se novac ubuduće pravednije dijeliti te da će se time doprinijeti ekonomskom poboljašnju kantona.
Da bi izmjene Zakona o pripadnosti javnih prihoda stupile na snagu, potrebno je da ih usvoji i Dom naroda Parlamenta Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine.
