Real Madrid se plasirao u četvrtfinale Lige prvaka nakon što je večeras pobijedio PSG u Parizu sa 2:1 u revanšu osmine finala. Podsjetimo, u prvom meču Kraljevi su slavili sa 3:1.

Prvo poluvrijeme proteklo je neočekivano mirno. PSG se nije “zaletio” od prve minute kako su to mnogi očekivali i to im se možda obilo o glavu. Real je dobrom igrom na sredini terena kontrolisao utakmicu i nije dozvoljavao domaćinu da napravi bilo kakvu priliku.
S druge strane, Madriđani su zaprijetili dva puta. Prvi put preko Sergija Ramosa čiji udarac brani Areola, a drugi put preko Karima Benzeme kojem također sjajni Areola brani šut.
U nastavku meča viđeno je mnogo više uzbuđenja. Već u uvodnim minutima nastavka Real je poveo. Lucas Vasquez je centrirao sa lijeve strane, a ko drugi , nego Cristiano Ronaldo, glavnom pogodio za 0:1. Već nekoliko minuta kasnije PSG-u je posao bio dodatno otežan jer je Verratti zbog prigovora dobio drugi žuti karton. Već tada je bilo jasno da domaći nemaju šta tražiti do kraja susreta.
Ipak, oni se nisu tako lako predali i u 71. minuti su stigli do izjednačenja, kada je više sretno, nego spretno, pogodio Cavani. Ipak, PSG više od izjednačenja nije mogao i Real je mirno susret priveo kraju postigavši još jedan gol preko Casemira u 80. minuti. Real je prije toga mogao postići još jednan gol, ali Karim Benzema je očajno reagovao iz stopostotne prilike. Osim toga, Kraljevi su pogodili i dvije stative preko Asensija i Vasqueza.
