Uzalud spinovanja iz RS-a: Izetbegović govori istinu, Srbija je izvršila agresiju na BiH, Bošnjaci imaju pravo da se brane
Član Predsjedništva BiH Milorad Dodik izjavio je Srni da je “nekadašnji lider Bošnjaka Alija Izetbegović žrtvovao mir za muslimansku državu koju nije dobio jer su Srbi, kao autohton narod na ovim prostorima, uspjeli da odbrane svoje kuće i imanja”.
– Predsjednik SDA Bakir Izetbegović podlo i uporno pokušava da obmane nedavno rođene da je Srbija ratovala u Bosni i Hercegovini, čime želi da poruči da je BiH muslimanska i svi koji nisu muslimani su odnekud došli. Mi smo vjekovima svoji na svome, dočekivali i ispraćali imperije od kojih su neke, poput Otomanske, u BiH ostavile vidljiv trag – rekao je Dodik za Srnu upitan da prokomentariše Izetbegovićevu izjavu da je “Srbija razarala na Balkanu i da nema gdje nije pravila problem u posljednjih 30 godina”.
Dodik je kazao da je žalosno da Bakir Izetbegović nakon svega što su prošli narodi u BiH svom narodu spominje rat kao opciju.
– Niko nije zaslužio takav teror od svojih političkih predstavnika, pa ni muslimani u BiH – rekao je Dodik.
A nedavno rođenima, kako Dodik definira generacije koje nisu zapamtile agresiju na BiH 1992-1995, dostupno je mnoštvo svjedočenja žrtava genocida, zločina, silovanih žena, logoraša, boraca Armije RBiH, masovnih grobnica, haških presuda i dokumenata koji potvrđuju da nisu Alija Izetbegović i Bošnjaci počeli rat te da je Srbija ratovala u nezavisnoj, suverenoj i međunarodno priznatoj Republici Bosni i Hercegovini.
O vezi Srbije i snaga u Republici Srpskoj svjedoči i dio iz haške presude Radislavu Brđaninu, bivšem predsjedniku Kriznog štaba Autonomne regije Krajina koji je osuđen na 30 godina zatvora.
U presudi se sudije pozivaju na bilješke iz dnevnika predsjednika Predsjedništva SFRJ Borislava Jovića, u kojem tvrdi da je Slobodan Milošević htio da osigura da se JNA u BiH može smatrati domaćom borbenom silom. Sud je naveo da iako dokazi možda i nisu otkrili tačne pojedinosti o tome kako je tzv. VRS bila povezana s glavnom komandom u Beogradu, da je ipak važno imati na umu da je postojala jasna namjera da se prikrije komandna uloga Jugoslavije.
– Pretresno vijeće se uvjerilo da ti faktori, zajedno sa činjenicom da je Beograd nastavio da isplaćuje plaće oficirima VRS-a, ukazuju na to da ni poslije 19. maja 1992. VRS i VJ nisu bile dvije zasebne vojske i da su njihove težnje i ciljevi ostali isti, to jest proširenje teritorije koja će biti u sastavu srpske BiH i onemogućavanje njene integracije u nezavisnu BiH, jer bi se time izolovali bosanski Srbi. Pretresno vijeće je zaključilo i da je SRJ, usprkos navodnom povlačenju njenih oružanih snaga, u najmanju ruku nastavila da pruža podršku bosanskim Srbima i VRS-u, pri čemu je vršila utjecaj na njihove operacije. Pretresno vijeće se uvjerilo da, usprkos tome što je JNA poslije 19. maja 1992. promijenila naziv u Vojsku Srpske Republike BiH, a potom u VRS, nije došlo ni do kakvih bitnih promjena. Baš kao što ni promjena naziva nije ukazivala ni na kakve izmjene vojnih ciljeva i strategije, tako su i oprema, i komandni kadar, infrastruktura i izvori snabdijevanja ostali isti – navodi se u presudi Brđaninu.
Prva i jedina država u svijetu koja je presuđena za kršenje Konvencije o genocidu upravo je Srbija, čiju ulogu u agresiji na BiH, sada Dodik pokušava da negira, a za rat optuži Bošnjake i Aliju Izetbegovića. Ovu presudu 2007. godine izrekao je Međunarodni sud pravde u Hagu. Srbija nije ništa poduzela da spriječi genocid u Srebrenici niti je kaznila počinitelje i naredbodavce, već ih je godinama skrivala, a i danas je za njih sigurno utočište.
Učešće Srbije u ratu u BiH se provlači kroz brojne haške presude.
Prva izrečena u Haškom tribunalu bila je Dušku Tadiću 1997. godine. Upravo u toj presudi definiran je međunarodni karakter rata u BiH – na nezavisnu i međunarodno priznatu Republiku Bosnu i Hercegovinu izvršena je agresija na strane susjedne SRJ u periodu od 1992. do 1995. godine.
– Razmatrajući Dejtonski mirovni sporazum, žalbeno vijeće zaključuje da je, s obzirom na to da je pregovarala u ime Republike Srpske (RS), SRJ djelovala kao međunarodni subjekat koji vrši vlast nad RS-om. Pregovaranje u ime RS-a ukazuje na tvrdnju da je SRJ vršila vojnu i političku kontrolu nad njom u cijelom ratnom periodu od 1992. do 1995. godine. Ovakva kontrola nad RS-om još je jedan potvrdni pokazatelj klasifikacije međunarodnog sukoba u kojem je umiješana SRJ u ratu protiv bosanskohercegovačke centralne vlasti.
Također, činjenica da je ratni zločinac Ratko Mladić bio na platnom spisku Vojske Srbije i to do 2001. godine dokaz je direktne umiješanosti Srbije u agresiju na BiH.
U augustu 2005. godine bivše Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova Srbije i Crne Gore dostavilo je na zahtjev Haškog tužilaštva sedam dokumenata.
Radi se o ukazima predsjednika Savezne Republike Jugoslavije od 16. juna 1994. i 16. juna 2001. godine koji nedvojbeno dokazuju direktnu uključenost Srbije u agresiju i genocid počinjen u Srebrenici, odnosno da je tadašnji režim ratovao na teritoriji nezavisne i međunarodno priznate države Republike Bosne i Hercegovine.
Ukazom predsjednika SRJ Zorana Lilića od 16. juna 1994. godine, haški optuženik Ratko Mladić vanredno je unaprijeđen u čin general pukovnika. Mladić je u to vrijeme bio komandant Glavnog štaba 30. kadrovskog centra Vojske Jugoslavije.
Iz Mladićeve vojne knjižice koja je također dostavljena tadašnjoj tužiteljici Carli del Ponte vidi se da je on i tokom rata u Hrvatskoj, a potom i u BiH sve vrijeme bio pod direktnom kontrolom beogradskog režima koji ga je i plaćao, odnosno Vojske Jugoslavije, čiji je general bio.
Ukazom predsjednika SRJ od 16. juna 2001. sa evidencije profesionalnih vojnika Vojske Jugoslavije skinuti su generali koji su se nalazili tada na dužnostima u 30. kadrovskom centru Generalštaba Vojske Jugoslavije.
To su Ratko Mladić, Novica Simić, Momir Talić, Svetozar Andrić, Nikola Delić, Momir Zec, Radislav Krstić, Dušan Kukobat, Vlado Lizdek, Dragiša Masal, Savo Sokanović i Radivoje Tomanić.
General Radislav Krstić koji je pravosnažno osuđen na 35 godina zatvora zbog pomaganja i podržavanja genocida u Srebrenici 1995. godine, uhapšen je u decembru 1998. godine.
Dok je sjedio u Ševeningenu čekajući početak suđenja i presude, plaću je uredno dobijao kao general Vojske Jugoslavije.
Ovo su samo neki od dokaza o učešću Srbije u agresiji na BiH, a Dodika svakako treba podsjetiti i da je sa ukopavanjem teške artiljerije oko Sarajeva, JNA po nalogu beogradskog režima počela još 1991. godine, a sve pod izgovorom vojnih vježbi. Upravo ta beogradska artiljerija, pored snajpera ubila je u ovom gradu više od 10.000 ljudi, među kojima i 1,601 dijete.
Kiro Gligorov, bivši predsjednik Socijalističke Republike Makedonije, u jednom od televizijski gostovanja dotakao se i raspada bivše Jugoslavije.
– Jedini je Alija Izetbegović odbijao rat u državama bivše Jugoslavije. Nismo morali ratovati, dobijali smo milijarde od EU-a da ne ratujemo. Milošević i Tuđman nisu htjeli ni da čuju za to, a Izetbegović je rekao da će u BiH ako se to ne prihvati biti krvi do koljena – rekao je Gligorov.
