Video/Nastavaljeni razgovori pregovaračkih timova: Proces konstituisanja vlasti mora biti ubrzan u TK
U Kantonalnom odboru SDP-a Tuzla u petak su nastavaljeni razgovori pregovaračkih timova stranaka koje čine građanski blok, a koji će formirati vlast u Tuzlanskom kantonu. Zaključeno je da proces konstituisanja vlasti mora biti ubrzan, a skupštinska većina će biti formirana bez SDA i PDA. SDP, DF, Naša stranka, Stranka za BiH i SBB s u nastavili usaglašavanje zajedničkog programa buduće vlasti. Funkcije u izvršnoj i zakonodavnoj vlasti još nisu podijeljene, a još nije poznato ko su kandidati za predsjedavajućeg i zamjenike predsjedavajućeg Skupštine Tuzlanskog kantona, te mandatara kantonalne vlade.
˝Moramo krenuti u taj proces, inače jedino gore od aktuelne vlasti ćemo onda biti mi. Koji nešto sjedimo, pregovaramo. Selo gori, a baba se češlja…Umjesto da sjednemo dogovorimo, potpišemo i idemo u reforme. Da idemo mijenjati ovdje stvari˝, kazao je za FTV predsjednik KO DF TK Zlatan Begić.
˝Imamo objektivne razloge oko utvrđivanja broja delegata iz Skupštine Tuzlanskog kantona prema federalnom Parlamentu. To su neke objektivne okolnosti na koje ne možemo utjecati. To u svakom slučaju usporava ovaj proces˝, istakao je predsjednik Kluba SDP-a u Skupštini TK Dževad Hadžić.
˝Ja sam radostan da se više posla ovdje potrošilo oko ukrštavanja programa i traženja najmanjeg zajedničkog sadržioca u svih pet stranaka, nego što će, ja vjerujem, biti utrošeno u raspodjelu i resore˝, izjavio je predsjednik Regionalnog odbora Naše stranke TK Mirsad Čamdžić.
˝Naši zahtjevi nisu ultimativnog karaktera. Mi smatramo da treba utvrditu formulu po kojoj će se nastaviti raditi i vršiti raspodjela˝, rekao je za FTV predsjednik Povjerništva KO Stranke za BiH TK.
Građanski blok u Tuzlanskom kantonu jasno je protiv koaliranja sa nacionalnim strankama SDA i PDA, iako zajedno nastupaju na federalnom nivou.
˝Kantonalni odbor DF-a TK neće prihvatiti bilo kakve razgovore ili bilo kakvu saradnju sa strankama desnice, etničkim strankama, PDA i SDA˝, jasan je Begić.
˝Ovo je koalicija koju sada dogovaramo, što se tiće PDA za sada nema nikakvih informacija, niti odluka˝, kazao je zastupnik SBB-a u Skupštini TK Nedžad Hamzić.
˝Nastavit ćemo da radimo sa ovih pet političkih stranaka. Nemamo uslovaljavanja, niti pritisaka od strane viših organa SDP-a da u proces razgovora uključimo SDA i PDA˝, kazao je Hadžić. U građanskom bloku kažu da će proces konstituisanja vlasti biti ubrzan i da će vlast biti formirana prije februara, javlja FTV.
