užilaštvo Bosne i Hercegovine podiglo je danas optužnicu protiv Fadila Novalića, premijera Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine, Fahrudina Solaka, suspendiranog direktora Federalne uprave civilne zaštite, Fikreta Hodžića, direktora “F.H. Srebrene maline”, i Jelke Milićević, zamjenice premijera Federacije i federalne ministrice finansija.
Pravno lice “F.H. Srebrena malina”, te Novalića, Solaka i Hodžića Tužilaštvo BiH tereti za udruživanje radi činjenja krivičnih djela u vezi sa djelima “zloupotreba položaja ili ovlasti, primanje nagrade ili drugog oblika koristi za trgovinu utjecajem, pranje novca, krivotvorenje ili uništenje poslovnih ili trgovačkih knjiga ili isprava, krivotvorenje službene isprave i povredu obaveze vođenja trgovačkih ili poslovnih knjiga i sastavljanja finansijskih izvješća i njihovo falsifikovanje ili uništavanje”.
Optuženoj Jelki Milićević se stavlja na teret da je počinila krivično djelo nesavjestan rad u službi iz člana 387. KZFBiH.
– Optužnicu još nisam vidjela, osim dijela koji navode mediji, zato ne bih spekulisala. Ali, istine radi, moram reći da u svojoj karijeri nisam imala čistiji slučaj. Već šest mjeseci s kolegama, istražiteljima, uključujući i međunarodne eksperte, prikupljamo i provjeravamo dokaze, provodeći našu istragu. Ne postoje dokazi koji potvrđuju navode optužice za premijera, a apsolutno ne postoje dokazi za pranje para i primanje dara – izjavila je za Fenu Vasvija Vidović, glavni advokat tima odbrane Fadila Novalića, u kome su još Nikica Gržić, Muhidin Kapo i Nina Karačić.
– Imajući u vidu da smo proteklih šest mjeseci bili svjedoci medijske harange, koju bih nazvala suđenjem prije suđenja, želim da naglasim da iskreno vjerujem da će Sud Bosne i Hercegovine predmetu pristupiti maksimalno profesionalno i da će pažljivo razmotriti koliko i kakvih dokaza Tužilaštvo BiH zaista nudi protiv premijera – kazala je Vidović.
