Vlada FBiH za izgradnju brzih i autocesta daje 200 miliona KM
Vlada Federacije BiH je na prijedlog Federalnog ministarstva prometa i komunikacija, usvojila Program utroška dijela sredstava „Kapitalni transferi javnim poduzećima – Transfer za izgradnju autocesta i brzih cesta” u iznosu od 199.400.000 KM.
Ovim Programom, za koji su sredstva utvrđena ovogodišnjim budžetom, biće finansirano 12 projekata na području Federacije BiH.
Za izgradnju brze ceste Lašva – Travnik – Jajce u dužini od 10,8 kilometara, planirano je 24.400.000 KM, za brzu cestu Lašva – Nević polje 34.700.000 KM, dok će za dionicu prolaz kroz poslovnu zonu Vitez na brzoj cesti Lašva – Nević polje, biti izdvojeno 13.500.000 KM. Sredstva su namjenjena za projektovanje, eksproprijaciju, građevinske radove i nadzor.
Pet miliona KM predviđeno je za eksproprijaciju, građevinske radove i nadzor tokom izgradnje južne obilaznice Mostara.
Za izgradnja brze ceste Prača – Goražde, Lot 1 i Lot 2 tunel Hranjen – faza 1., biće izdvojeno 35.000.000 KM za eksproprijaciju i građevinske radove.
Planirano je 5.100.000 KM za spajanje magistralnih cesta M17 i M17.4, sanaciju i rekonstrukciju magistralnih cesta i rasvjete na M17 Ortiješ u gradu Mostaru, te 22.000.000 KM za poddionicu Šićki Brod – Đurđevik, na trasi ceste Tuzla – Sarajevo. Sredstva su namijenjena za eksproprijaciju, projektovanje, građevinske radove i nadzor.
Tri i po miliona KM predviđeno je za studije, projektovanje i revizije na izgradnji gradskog autoputa u Sarajevu, dionica Stup – Buća Potok – Pofalici – Velešići – Bentbaša.
Za izgradnju autoceste Orašje – Tuzla, dionica Maoča – Tuzla, Lot V Čanići – Tuzla u dužini od 8 kilometara biće izdvojeno 30.500.000 KM. Sredstva su namijenjena za projektovanje, eksproprijaciju, građevinske radove i nadzor.
Kada je riječ o izgradnji brze ceste Bihać – Cazin – Kladuša – Republika Hrvatska, planirano je 4.800.000 KM za dionicu Bihać – Cazin, poddionica Kamenica – Bisovac.
Za projektovanje, eksproprijaciju, građevinske radove i nadzor na izgradnji brze ceste Mostar – Šroki Brijeg – granica Republike Hrvatske, poddionica Mostar Sjever – Vikovići osigurano je 17.900.000 KM, dok će za građevinske radove na sanaciji i rekonstrukciji magistralne ceste Garež – Ustikolina, biti izdvojeno 3.000.000 KM.
Implementatori projekata su JP Autoceste Federacije BiH d.o.o Mostar i JP Ceste Federacije BiH d.o.o Sarajevo, a o načinu utroška odobrenih sredstava biće potpisani Ugovori između Federalnog ministarstva prometa i komunikacija i implementatora odobrenih projekata. Sredstva će se prenositi u tranšama na račun implementatora odobrenih projekata nakon što Ministarstvu dostave dokaze o izvedenim radovima ili uslugama.
U obrazloženju Ministarstva je navedeno da su projekti iz odluke kandidirani iz Programa javnih investicija FBiH, što je preduslov za mogućnost finansiranja iz budžeta, a u skladu sa Uredbom Vlade FBiH o izradi Programa javnih investicija u Federaciji BiH. Također, predloženi projekti su usklađeni s Transportnom strategijom Federacije BiH 2016-2030. godina i predloženim godišnjim planovima JP Autoceste Federacije BiH i JP Ceste Federacije BiH i radi se o nastavku projekata iz 2021. godine.
