Vlada Federacije zabranila izvoz peleta kako cijene ne bi više divljale
Kako bi zaštitila građane od dodatnog rasta cijena i eventualne nestašice ogrijevnog drveta i peleta, Vlada Federacije BiH je prihvatila inicijativu da se do kraja ove godine zabrani izvoz ogrjevnog drveta i peleta iz Bosne i Hercegovine.
Mnogi su skloni naručivati ogrijev u ljeto, tada je potražnja manja, pa su cijene niže. Ove godine i nije tako. Ako danas naručujete ogrijev, tonu peleta platit ćete 640 maraka, tonu uglja – kamenog 216 maraka, drvenog 165 maraka – metar drva 138 maraka.
Cijene drveta, i proizvoda koji od njega nastaju, od prošle godine su podivljale. Pelet je poskupio 100 posto. Razlog je, najvećim dijelom, velika potražnja u inozemstvu, pa naši proizvođači uglavnom izvoze drvo i proizvode od drveta.
Ta pomama traje još od prošle godine, otkako se svijet počeo oporavljati od ekonomske covid krize. No, stvari su dodatno zakomplikovane ratom u Ukrajini i nesigurnom opskrbom plinom, pa je potražnja za ogrijevom na bazi drveta još i veća.
Kako bi zaštitila građane od dodatnog rasta cijena i eventualne nestašice ogrijevnog drveta i peleta, Vlada Federacije BiH je prihvatila inicijativu da se do kraja ove godine zabrani izvoz ogrjevnog drveta i peleta iz Bosne i Hercegovine.
“Prateći odnose ponude i potražnje, kao i kretanje cijena ogrjevnog drveta i peleta, u BiH je zbog povećane potražnje na svjetskom tržistu došlo do značajnog povećanja izvoza. Stoga je situacija na tržištu ogrjevnog drveta i peleta u našoj zemlji dostigla zabrinjavajući nivo. Na evropskom tržištu evidentna je nestašica ogrijevnog drveta i peleta, kojoj je od 2020. godine doprinijela i pandemija koronavirusa.
Dodatni pritisak izazvan je i trenutnom nemogućnošću da se ovi proizvodi nabavljaju iz Ruske Federacije i Ukrajine, koji su globalno njihovi najveći izvoznici. Kako bismo mogli zadovoljiti potrebe našeg stanovništva i zaštititi ih od posljedičnih poskupljenja ogrijevnog drveta i peleta potrebna je hitna reakcija”, izjavio je federalni ministar trgovine Zlatan Vujanović.
Kako je obrazložio, mnogi bosanskohercegovački proizvođači i prometnici izvoze ogrjevno drvo i pelet u kvotama u visini od 90 posto, a pojedini čak i 100 posto svoje proizvodnje.
“Evidentan je značajan porast izvoza i tržište BiH suočeno je sa velikim skokom cijena, koje su se u prošloj godini samo za pelet kretale od 300 do 400 KM po toni, a sada su dostigle cijenu od 600 KM po toni i više. Takve cijene dovode građane u vrlo nezavidan položaj. Naša obaveza je da zaštitimo potrošače i domaće tržište, te za potrebe stanovništva osiguramo dovoljne količine drveta za ogrijev i peleta za sezonu koja slijedi”, objasnio je ministar Vujanović.
Prema najavama iz Banja Luke, i Vlada Republike Srpske će u narednom periodima razmotriti odluku o zabrani izvoza peleta.
