Vlada Njemačke protiv ‘legitimnog političkog predstavljanja’ u BiH
Njemačka Vlada objavila je zvanični stav o pregovorima koji se vode u Bosni i Hercegovini o reformi Izbornog zakona. “Kako bi se zaustavila diskriminacija građana Bosne i Hercegovine koji ne pripadaju jednom od konstitutivnih naroda, implementacija ‘Sejdić-Finci’ odluke Europskog suda za ljudska prava iz 2009. godine kroz ustavne promjene je od ključnog značaja”, navodi se u dokumentu njemačkog ministarstva za vanjske poslove objavljenog u srijedu.
Prevazilaženje etničkih podjela u zemlji bi trebao biti vodeći politički cilj u rješavanju pitanja Sejdić-Finci, ističe se u dokumentu.
“Njemačka Vlada smatra kako bi princip ‘legitimnog političkog predstavljanja’, koji se pominje u kontekstu izborne reforme, mogao dodatno produbiti podjelu u BiH I zakomplicirati implementaciju relevantnih sudskih presuda,” navodi se u dokumentu.
Vijeće za politiku demokratizacije koje je objavilo dokument na zvaničnoj Twitter stranici dodaje kako ovaj dokument predstavlja distanciranje njemačke vlade od 3. mostarskog sporazuma u kojem su izloženi principi za izmjenu izbornog zakona te odbacivanje političkog stava HDZ BiH.
