Vlada TK usvojila izmjene zakona: Za nenošenje maske kazne od 100 do 500 KM

Vlada Tuzlanskog kantona usvojila je danas izmjene Zakona o javnom redu i miru TK, kojima se predviđaju novčane kazne za kršenje higijensko-epidemioloških mjera koje propiše Krizni štab, a potvrdi Vlada.
Da bi policija počela pisati kazne građanima koji krše mjere, izmjene pomenutog zakona mora usvojiti Skupština TK, a predviđeno je usvajanje po skraćenoj proceduri te da izmjene stupe na snagu s danom donošenja.
– Postojala su 33 načina za narušavanje javnog reda i mira, a ovim izmjenama uveden je i 34. način, a to je kršenje propisanih higijensko-epidemiloških mjera – kaže Sekretar MUP-a TK Safet Begić.
Podsjećamo, prema higijensko-epidemiološkim mjerama koje su na snazi u TK građani su obavezni nositi maske na otvorenom i u zatvorenim prostorima. Zabranjeno je kretanje poslije 23 sata, obavezna je distanca od dva metra na otvorenom i u zatvorenom. U ugostiteljskim objektima maksimalan broj gostiju je 30, s tim da svaki objekat mora imati četiri metra kvadratna porostora po gostu, a osoblje mora u svakom moementu nositi maske. Maske nisu obavezne dok gosti sjede za stolom u ugostiteljskim objektima, ali jesu prilikom kretanja u njima.
Usvojenim izmjenama zakona kazne za kršenje mjera za fizička lica iznose od 100 do 500 KM, za pravna lica od 500 do 2.000 KM, za odgovorne osobe u pravnim licima te za vlasnike radnji, odnosno obrta od 200 do 1.000 KM. Vlasnicima obrta, u slučaju ponavljanja prekršaja, prijeti i zatvaranje objekata najduže do šest mjeseci.
– Propisane kazne nisu način da se puni budžet, one su sistem prevencije. Policajci vjerovatno neće u prvih desetak dana nakon stupanja na snagu izmjena posezati za novčanim kažnjavanjem, da bi građani imali vremana da se naviknu – rekao je Begić.
