Vojnici koji su pjevali četničke pjesme bit će nečasno otpušteni iz OS BiH
SARAJEVO, (Patria) – Četiri vojnika Oružanih snaga BiH koji su akteri videosnimka objavljenog na društvenim mrežama u kojem u širem društvu pjevaju nedolične i uvredljive pjesme bit će otpušteni iz Oružanih snaga BiH, potvrđeno je za Novinsku agenciju Patria iz Ministarstva odbrane BiH.
Izvor Patrije otkriva da se u skladu sa Pravilnikom i procedurama formira Vojno-disciplinsko vijeće koje izriče sankciju, a u ovom slučaju to će biti nečastan otpust iz OS BiH.
Četvorici vojnika 6. bataljona logističke podrške Oružanih snaga BiH Trećeg pješadijskog puka (RS) iz banjalučke kasarne Kozara stavlja se na teret izazivanje nacionalne i vjerske mržnje pa će zbog toga biti najstrožije kažnjeni. Oni su u kafiću bili u uniformama, konzumirali alkohol te se ponašali protivno Zakonu o službi.
Kako je potvrđeno za NAP u toku su izmjene Pravilnika kako bi se u ovakvim slučajevima moglo postupati po skraćenoj proceduri.
Iz Zajedničkog štaba OS BiH ranije su saopćili da su istražni organi Ministarstva odbrane BiH i OS BiH identifikovali te pokrenuli postupak za utvrđivanje disciplinske i krivične odgovornosti pripadnika Oružanih snaga BiH sa spornog videosnimka.
“Pripadnici Oružanih snaga BiH koji se nalaze na spornom videu grubo su povrijedili Zakon o službi i Etički kodeks ponašanja profesionalnih vojnih lica u Ministarstvu odbrane i Oružanim snagama Bosne i Hercegovine, a koji utvrđuju osnovne etičke i profesionalne standarde ponašanja kojih su se dužni pridržavati sva vojna lica na službi u MO BiH i OS BiH. Radi se o težoj povredi vojne discipline kojom je nanesena ogromna šteta ugledu MO BiH i OS BiH. Također će biti ispitano da li postoje i elementi krivične odgovornosti koji se odnose na izazivanje nacionalne, rasne i vjerske mržnje, razdora i netrpeljivosti.
Oružane snage BiH će poduzeti sve neophodne mjere za sankcionisanje svih odgovornih profesionalnih vojnih lica te dodatno pojačati kontrolu i nadzor za poštivanje svih elemenata vojne discipline u svim jedinicama i komandama OS BiH a u cilju sprječavanja bilo kakvog nepoštivanja Zakona o službi, Etičkog kodeksa i ostalih zakonskih regulativa i propisanih procedura koje mora poštovati svako profesionalno vojno lice bez obzira na čin i poziciju”, saopćeno je.
