Zaštitar priznao da je namjerno zapalio Murex u Srebreniku i ukrao 14.000 KM
Kantonalni sud u Tuzli ranije je potvrdio optužnicu Tužilaštva TK u kojoj je navedeno da je Đikanović 17. septembra prošle godine izvršio pljačku kompanije Murex, a nakon toga podmetnuo požar u kojem je prouzrokovana šteta od skoro četiri miliona KM.
Prema detaljima optužnice, Đikanović je 17. septembra u večernjim satima, radeći kao čuvar u Murexu, uz pomoć različitog alata otvorio metalnu kasu te provalio na još dva mjesta u firmi i otuđio skoro 14.000 KM.
Nakon izvršenja ovog krivičnog djela, on je na plinsku bocu stavio plamenik i postavio ga između drvenih greda, upalio ga i izazvao požar u objektu u kojem je uništena roba u prijavljenoj vrijednosti većoj od milion KM.
Također je izazvana šteta na samom objektu, kao i u uništenoj opremi koja je procijenjena na skoro tri miliona KM.
Prava drama se počela odvijati u krugu ovog objekta, a Đikanoviću se izgubio svaki trag. Nekoliko verzija događaja je postojalo, među kojima i da je on kidnapovan, ali je na kraju potvrđeno da je sam pobjegao i to sa službenim automobilom kompanije.
Pripadnici Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova TK su u saradnji s kolegama iz Višegrada 21. septembra prošle godine na području Višegrada pronašli ukradeni automobil.
Đikanović je nakon mjesec i po dana potrage pronađen i uhapšen, a nakon ispitivanja u Tužilaštvu TK određen mu je pritvor.
Suđenje u ovom predmetu počelo je jučer, a Đikanović je priznao krivicu.
