Zašto je propala izgradnja tržnog centra i garaže u Gradačcu ?

Propala investicija u Gradačcu

U januaru 2019. godine je potpisan ugovor između Grada Gradačca i Belamionix o prodaji i diobi i zajedničkoj izgradnji parking mjesta, supermarketa, kafića, restorana, pijace, sajma i drugih poslovnih prostora. Grad je trebao graditi garažu, a iznad nje Belamionix tržni centar sa parkingom.

Da od investicije neće biti ništa bilo je jasno kada je preduzeće Belamionix 15. septembra podnijelo zahjetv za raskidom ugovora, jer je izradom Projekta osiguranja jame koji su pribavili, a koji je baziran na ispitivanju zemljišta za gradnju, utvrđeno da bi osiguranje jame odnosno gradilišta dovelo do ogromnih troškova koji znatno poskupljuju investiciju, kao i da gradnja drugog nivoa podzemne etaže garaže nije izvediva i zbog kvaliteta zemljišta i zbog ogromnih troškova.

Zbog svega navedenog na posljednjoj redovnoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća jednoglasno je usvojen sporazum o raskidu ugovora između Grada Gradačac i Belamionix d.o.o. o prodaji OPU-IP-32/2019 od 10.01.2019. i Ugovora o zajedničkoj izgradnji i diobi na etažne jedinice OPU-IP-33/2019 od 10.01.2019.

Grad Gradačac se obavezao da će izvršiti povrat uplaćenih sredstava 1.059.000 KM Belamionix-u u roku od 6 mjeseci od potpisivanja sporazuma.
