Zbog tri metra drva završio u zatvoru: Dobri ljudi ocu platili slobodu

Fotografija na kojoj se otac oprašta od kćerke uoči odlaska u zatvor postala je viralna, obišla društvene mreže te izazvala gnjev i zaprepaštenje mnogih.

Fikret Dedić iz Bužima, koji je prije nešto više od mjesec i pol osuđen na kaznu zatvora u trajanju od šest mjeseci zbog posječena tri metra drveta za ogrev, biće pušten na slobodu nakon što je nedavno donesena presuda da mu se preostala zatvorska kazna zamijeni novčanom.

 Predstavnik Udruženja građana za bolji Sanski Most Ermin Karić, koji je organizovao prikupljanje novčanih sredstava za porodicu Dedić, rekao je kako je već uplaćen traženi iznos od 12.900 maraka na račun budžeta Federacije BiH. Općinski sud u Bosanskoj Krupi je na zahtjev Dedića donio pomenutu presudu uvaživši njegovu molbu da mu se preostali dio zatvorske kazne u trajanju od četiri mjeseca i devet dana preinači u novčanu kaznu.

U presudi se navodi kako je na ovaj način svaki dan izrečene kazne zatvora zamijenjen novčanom sankcijom u iznosu od 100 maraka.

“Radosni smo što je donesena ovakva presuda i smatramo je našom pobjedom. Nemamo sumnju kako je ona donesena nakon velikog pritiska javnosti koji se stvorio u ovom slučaju iako je s ovolikim novcem porodica Dedić mogla riješiti brojne životne probleme”, istakao je Karić za “Nezavisne”.

On je podsjetio kako su u proteklom periodu  zahtjeve za pomilovanje slali i na adresu predsjednika Federacije BiH Marinka Čavare.

Dodao je kako su, nakon što je javnost saznala za ovaj slučaj, dobri ljudi širom regiona organizovali i prikupili značajnu materijalnu pomoć za porodicu Dedić, a kupljena im je i jedna krava.

“Radujemo se Fikretovom izlasku na slobodu, jer je zatvor na njega ostavio posljedice, prije svega na njegovo fizičko zdravlje”, kazao je Karić. Podsjetimo, zbog nepuna tri metra metara drveta za ogrev, koje je posjekao u državnoj šumi, Fikret Dedić je otišao na izdržavanje šestomjesečne zatvorske kazne, na koju ga je osudio Općinski sud u Bosanskoj Krupi. On je rekao da je do ogreva na taj način došao kako se njegova porodica ne bi smrzavala, a i inače su u lošoj egzistencijalnoj situaciji.

Jedini izvor prihoda za ovu porodicu je mjesečna pomoć u iznosu od 50 maraka, koju Dedić dobija na ime ratne invalidnine, s obzirom na to da je nekoliko puta ranjavan u ratu.

Njegova supruga Ramiza Dedić kaže kako je on prije godinu dana privremeno započeo raditi u lokalnom komunalnom preduzeću, te da se jednom prilikom okliznuo, pao i zadobio potres mozga i lom lijeve noge, zbog čega mu je ugrađena željezna šipka.

Od tada ima umanjene radne sposobnosti, te nije u stanju da obavlja teže fizičke poslove. Majka i troje maloljetne djece su njegovim odlaskom u zatvor ostali bez hranitelja, a skromna novčana pomoć ni izbliza nije bila dovoljna da zadovolji sve potrebe ove siromašne porodice.
