Foto/TIP ekskluzivno donosi detalje o tome zašto se raspala koalicija ‘građanskog bloka’ u TK! Za TIP govore Mešalić, Gutić, Hadžić, Hamzić i Bešlagić…

Koalicija ‘građanskog bloka’ (SDP, DF, Naša stranka, SBB i Stranka za BiH), koja je činila većinu u Skupštini Tuzlanskog kantona i koja je radila u proteklom periodu na formiranju vlasti u Tuzlanskom kantonu od petka faktički više  ne postoji. Kako navode iz SDP-a i DF-a, razlog političkog obrata u skupštinskim klupama je odbijanje SBB-a da podrži DF-ovog Mahira Mešalića kao kandidata za rukovodstvo Skupštine TK iz reda bošnjačkog naroda. Međutim, kako TIP nezvanično  saznaje, u četvrtak je na sjednici Predsjedništva SDPa donesena odluka da se na višim nivoima vlasti ide u formiranje koalicije sa SDA, DF-om i drugim partnerima, što je zasmetalo SBB-u. Na sjednici Skupštine Tuzlanskog kantona u petak  nije izabrano novo rukovodstvo,  samo su izabrani delegati u Dom naroda Parlamenta Federacije  BiH.

 Mešalić (DF): ‘Možda je bolje da se uradi nova skupštinska većina…’

˝Ovo po nama znači da je zakočen proces izbora rukovodstva Skupštine TK. Možda je bolje da se ovo dogodilo sada i da se iskristališe jasna skupštinska većina. Da znamo koji nam je dalje pravac djelovanja. SBB je po drugi put iznevjerio dogovor izeđu nas 19. Što se tiče DF-a, SBB više nije dio priče o ‘građanskom bloku’ u TK. Prvi put su nas iznevjerili na Kolegiju Skupštine TK gdje su se svrstali zajedno sa PDA i SDA na glasanju o terminu održavanja sjednice Skupštine TK˝, izjavio je za TIP predsjednik Kluba DF-a u Skupštini TK Mahir Mešalić.

Na pitanje da li sada možemo očekivati prekompoziciju skupštinske većine i da li se stavri vraćaju na sami početak, Mešalić je odgovorio: ˝Možda je bolje da se uradi neka nova skupštinska većina nego da se pati i iznevjere građani Tuzlanskog kantona. Vodeća stranka SDP treba da donese odluku šta dalje, jer oni vode proces formiranja vlasti u Tuzlanskom kantonu˝.

Pitali smo Mešalića da li to znači da koalicija ‘građanskog bloka više ne postoji, on je odgovorio: ˝Pa kao i što ste vidjeli danas, da je postojala bila bi drugačija reakcija SBB-a. SBB je glasao u suprotnosti sa dogovorom koji je postignut. Morate pitati SDP da li se ‘građanski blok raspao i kako ćemo dalje˝.

Gutić (SDA): ‘Ovo nije stabilna koalicija'…

Prema riječima predsjednika Kluba SDA u Skupštini TK Bege Gutića, ova koalicija od pet stranaka nije stabilna. ˝Ova koalicija od pet stranaka nije stabilna, pogotovo kada pogledamo heterogenost te koalicije. To je konglomerat koj ne može zajedno. Mi smo pozivali SDP kao pobjednika izbora za kantonalni nivo da zajedno sa SDA-om krene u pregovare oko formiranja vlasti. Da li će to uticati sada na promjenu odluke SDP-a vidjet ćemo. Mi očekujemo da se određeni pregovori na nivou centrala stranaka realizuju. Sve to ide u ovom pravcu da će ipak da će SDP, pa i DF, ući u neku koaliciju, od državnog parlemnta pa do kantonalnog nivoa˝, izjavio je Gutić za TIP.

Hadžić (SDP): ‘Možemo razmišljati o novim partnerima’

Prema riječima predsjednika Kluba SDP-a u Skupštini TK Dževada Hadžića, nastavak konstituirajuće sjednice Skupštine TK je zakazana jer su u ‘građanskom bloku’ sve dogovorili i imali većinu u Skupštini TK od 19 ruku. ˝Vjerovali smo da imamo većinu od 19 poslanika i mogli smo da izabereno predsjednika i potpredsjednike Skupštine TK i time otvorimo proces ka formiranju Vlade TK. Faktićki 10 minuta prije sjednice smo dobili obavještenje od kluba SBB-a da oni prema instrukcijama iz Sarajeva ne mogu podržati kandidata DF-a za poziciju predsjednika Skupštine TK iz reda bošnjačkog naroda.  To faktički znači da mi više nemamo većinu od 19 zastupnika. To znači da imao poblem kada je u pitanju ova većina˝, istakao je Hadžić.

Na pitanje da li to znači da će SDP tražiti novog partnera za formiranje vlasti u TK, odgovorio je: ˝Između ostalog, možemo razmišljati i o tome. Možemo tražiti neke druge varijante˝.

TIP: SDA ili PDA?

Hadžić:  Nisam rekao ni SDA , ni PDA, vidjet ćemo…

TIP: Pa ko drugi?

Hadžić: Vidjet ćemo…

Hamzić (SBB): ‘Nismo se dogovorili'…

Na pitanje koje smo uputili  predsjedniku Kluba SBB-a u Skupštini TK Nedžadu Hamzić zašto SBB nije ispoštovao dogovor koji je potigao sa koalicionim partnerima da podrže Mešalića, on je odgovorio: ˝Nismo se mogli oko imena dogovoriti. U tom momentu je stalo i to je to…Mi sada nemamo jednoglasan stav da podržimo bilo kojeg kandidata˝.

Na pitanje da li SBB ostaje u ‘građanskom bloku’ u TK, Hamzić je kazao: ˝Ostajemo…Dali smo podršku kandidatima iz reda hrvatskog i srpskog naroda, SDP-ovim kandidatima i to je to…Moguće je da SDP da kandidata, Stranka za BiH, možda i DF ponovo. Razgovore još nismo završili.

TIP: Je li onda problem u Mahiru Mešaliću?

Hamzić: Nije uopšte. Nismo napravili savez zajednički.

TIP: Da li ovo sve ima veze sa raspodjelom resosra i direktorskih pozicija, pa zatežete?

Hamzić: Nema zatezanja…U suštini sve je povezano. I resori…Cijela priča nije završena. Kratak je rok i ipak su to malo ozbiljnije priče nego što je to samo pitanje predsjednika Skupštine TK. To treba da ide kao jedan paket i da se svi relaksiraju.

TIP: Da li ovime SBB želi da ojača svoju poziciju u ‘građanskom bloku’ kako bi što više dobio prilikom raspodjele funkcija?

Hamzić: Vi to možete smatrati kako želite. Ja sam predsjednik Kluba SBB-a i podržavam stavove SBB-a. Naravno da se mi moramo pozicionirati po tom pitanju. Ovo nije uslov ni ucjena, nego pravedno pozicioniranje SBB-a u ovoj koaliciji.

Bešlagić (Naša stranka): ‘Bolje reći neću, nego odugovlačiti’

Prema riječima predsjednika Kluba Naše stranke u Skupštini TK Selima Bešlagića, evidentno je da ima problema u ‘građanskom bloku’. ˝Imamo odstupanje dva glasa što pretpostavlja da ‘građanski blok’ ne postoji u ovom dijelu. Šta će biti moramo sačekati nekoliko dana pa ćemo vidjeti. Mislim da ovo nije korektno bez obzira ko je. Bolje reći neću, nego odugovlačiti. Sve što su pojedine stranke tražile, to su i dobile. Poruka građanima je da sljedeći put kada glasaju moraju otvoriti oči. Oni koji ne mogu izvršiti obećanje bolje da za njih i ne glasaju. Pokušat ćemo stvari dovesti do kraja, vidjet ćemo šta će biti˝, izjavio je za TIP Bešlagić.

Nakon izbora osam delegata u federalni Dom naroda, šest kandidata iz Građanskog bloka i dva iz SDA i PDA, sjednica je prekinuta. Kada će biti održan nastavak konstituirajuće sjednice  Skupštine Tuzlanskog kantona nije poznato.
