Mladića je policija prilikom rutinske kontrole uhvatila da vozi pod dejstvom alkohola. Nakon kazne od 150 KM i pokušaja da “pregovara” s policajcem, upućena mu vrlo ozbiljna prijetnja. Policajac je oštro zatražio od njega da se udalji od službenog vozila, ali je otišao i korak dalje.
– Ako ti zaždijem jednu iza ušiju, upašćeš u onu Crkvenu! – bio je jasan policajac.
Ova prijetnja ranije možda i ne bi djelovala tako strašno da 24. marta ove godine u rječici Crkvenoj nije pronađeno beživotno tijelo 21-godišnjeg studenta elektrotehnike Davida Dragičevića, čija smrt nije razjašnjena ni nakon šest mjeseci istrage.
Činjenica da postoje ozbiljne indicije da je u Davidovo ubistvo umiješana i policija, ovoj prijetnji daje sasvim drugu dimenziju.
Bez obzira na to što se mladić ogriješio o zakon, nikako nije zaslužio ovakvu prijetnju.
Policajac koji je bio na dužnosti, takođe se ogriješio o zakon i pravila službe.
