Bitka na Bedru, događaj koji je promijenio tokove svjetske historije
Muslimani večeras 17. noći ramazana obilježavaju Lejletul-bedr, bitke na Bedru, događaj koji je promijenio tokove svjetske historije.
Naime, 17. ramazana, 624. godine na brdu Bedr, blizu grada Medine, dogodila se prva bitka u historiji islama. Tada su muslimanski neprijatelji imali oko 900 boraca, a muslimana je bilo oko 300. Borili su se na Bedru, Muhammed a.s. i ashabi, potvrdili su i dokazali koliku snagu, hrabrost, odlučnost i strpljivost daje islam.
Stoga je ovaj događaj još poznat kao Bedr el-kubra (Veliki Bedr). U skladu s tradicijom, ova će noć biti obilježena prigodnim programima u džematima širom Bosne i Hercegovine. Kada se u Kurani-kerimu govori o ovoj bici, male grupe su označene pojmovima : “ezilleh” što u slobodnom prijevodu znači “slab , nejak, malobrojan” ili ” “fietun kalileltun”,”malobrojna skupina” , čime se između ostalih asocira i na ovu bitku, gdje je malobrojna grupa porazila mnogobrojnu skupinu.
“Koliko je malih grupa pobijedilo velike grupe s Allahovom dozvolom. A Allah je sa strpljivima.” (El-Bekare, 249) A u narednom ajeti Allah dž. š. jasno daje do znanja vjernicima da ih je pomogao onda kad su bili slabi i nejaki , što upućuje na to da je Allahova pomoć uvijek tu, samo je treba tražiti i zaslužiti, posebno onda kad je ta pomoć potrebna za očuvanje sjemena vjere i islama u svakom vremenu i svakom prostoru .
