FK Mladost iz Sibovca na pragu je povijesnog uspjeha i plasmana u drugu ligu Federacije BiH. Mladost je član prve lige Posavske Županije i trenutno zauzima prvo mjesto dva kola prije završetka sezone. Glavni konkurent im je NK Odžak koji ima isti broj bodova kao i Mladost ali slabiju gol razliku.
Mladost bi sa maksimalnim učinkom u dva preostala kola bila siguran putnik u viši rang. NK Odžak ne preostaje nšta drugo nego da se nadaju eventualnom kiksu fantastične ekipe Mladosti koju sa klupe predvodi iskusan stručnjak Elmedin Topčagić.
Da su u Sibovcu ozbiljno shvatili ovaj podvig ulaska u viši rang pokazuje i infrastruktura koja se izgradila u proteklih nekoliko mjeseci. Novi stadion i nove klubske prostorije kojih se ne bi postidjeli ni BiH prvoligaši su trenutno u izgradnji. Ostalo je jos samo da se odrade unutrašnji radovi.
