FUCZ: Povećanje vodostaja, naročito na slivu rijeka Une i Sane
Povećanje vodostaja bilježi se na svim vodotocima na vodnom području rijeke Save u Federaciji BiH, a naročito na slivu rijeke Une i Sane, te gornjem i srednjem toku rijeke Bosne.
Uslijed dostignutih vrijednosti vodostaja na vodomjernim stanicama Ključ, Sanski Most i Klokot započelo je kontinuirano obavještavanje nadležnih službi o mogućoj pojavi poplava.
Sve aktivnosti na praćenju i obavještavanju o trenutnom hidrološkom stanju se provode u skladu sa Federalnim operativnim planom odbrane od poplava.
Zbog svega navedenog, kao i promjenljivih vremenskih uslova koji se očekuju u narednom periodu, kako je najavljeno, Agencija za vodno područje rijeke Save nastavlja sa redovnim praćenjem vodostaja i obavještavanjem o stanju na svim vodotocima na vodnom području rijeke Save u FBiH.
Zbog naglog topljenja snijega došlo je do naglog povećanja vodostaja rijeke Une,Sane i Klokota. Vodostaji se prate te iz Agencije kažu da nemaju dojava o plavljenju objekata.
Vodostaj na brani HA Modrac jutros u 07.,00 sati bio je 199,37 m.n.m., (tačka preljeva je 200 m.n.m.)., u odnosu na mjerenje jučer u isto vrijeme viši za 38 cm. Ispust kroz temeljne otvore iznosi 37,2 m3/s.
Vodostaj rijeke Save je u porastu duž cijelog svog toka kroz Posavski kanton.
Visina vodostaja izmjerena u 07.00 sati; Bosanski Brod 304 (normalno stanje); Bosanski Šamac 175 (normalno stanje); Orašje 370 (normalno stanje).
U Zapadnohercegovačkom kantonu – Trebižat, vodomjerna postaja Humac, vodostaj 299 cm( jučer 298).
Na području Srednjobosanskog kantona u više mjesta došlo je do izlijevanja rijeka uslijed čega je došlo do plavljenja kuća i dvorišta a zbog začepljenih odvodnih kanala u većini mjesta došlo je do izlijevanja odvodnih voda na prometnice.
U općini Bugojno obustavljen promet na prometnici N.Travnik -Bugojno zbog izljevanja rijeke Vrbas na ulaz u općinu Bugojno i srušenog privremenog mosta kojim se prometovalo, promet je preusmjeren na smjer kroz naselja Kula i Kandija.
U općini G.Vakuf- Uskoplje klizište na lokalitetu Ravan,ugroženo su dva stambena objekta od kojih je jedan stambeni objekt potpuno srušen a drugi je oštećen a stanari su sigurno evakuirani
Na prometnici Borova Ravan zbog klizišta došlo je do kratkog prekida na lokalnoj prometnici ,gdje su pripadnici CZ Gornji.Vakuf – Uskoplje mehanizacijom očistili prometnicu te je ona sad prohodna. U naselju Hrasnica općina G.Vakuf – Uskoplje izlio se potok Risovac gdje je ugrožena lokalna prometnica.
U općini Vitez u naselju Rijeka na lokalitetu Tucin Jaz rijeka Kruščica se izlila iz korta i ugroženo je desetak stambenih objekata,a u naselje Šantići poplavljena su dvorišta kuća.
Potok Kremenik kod PC centa Vitez prijeti da ugrozi objekte, u mjestu Novaci rijeka Lašva prijeti da ugrozi stambeno naselje. U mjestu Vranjska Općina Vitez lokalni potoci su nabujali i izlijevaju se po poljoprivrednim površinama.
U općini Busovača rijeka Kozica se izlila u naselju Polje, i u naselju Krčevine općina Busovača rijeka Kozica se izlila i ugrožava stambene objekte.
U naselju Kaćuni kod mosta rijeka prijeti izlijevanjem uslijed oborinskih voda.Voda je došla i do naselja Kaonik ,Sajatovići,Vidovića kuće.
U Općini Kreševo -naselje Alagići, zbog oborinskih voda, putna komunikacija prema Kiseljaku je ugrožena.
Prema mjerenjima jutros u 07.00 sati na mjernom mjestu u Zenici visina vodostaja rijeke Bosne iznosiila je 320 cm, a ponovnim mjerenjem u 11.00 sati nivo rijeke Bosne je u porastu i iznosi 350 cm sa tendencijom rasta.
Prema dosadašnjim mjerenjima nivo rijeke Bosne prijeti izlijevanjem.
Direktor Kantonalne uprave civilne zaštite Zeničko-dobojskog kantona Džavid Aličić je izdao upute i obavijestio je sve općinske i gradsku službu civilnih zaštita na Kantonu da formiraju općinske štabove i da prate nastalo stanje na područjima svojih općina.
Prema telefonskim pozivima operativni centar Katonalne uprave civilne zaštite zaprima pozive o nastalim poplavama i plavljenima određenih objekata nastale začepljenjima odvodnih kanala kao veoma brzi rast potoka u naseljima mjestima gdje je već poplavljeno veći broj kuća i putnih komunikacija na području općine Zenica.
Na području Kantona 10, nema dojava o ugroženosti od poplave na tokovima rijeka u općini Livno (Sturba, Žabljak i Bistrica), općini Drvar nema takođe dojava o poplavljenim mjestima.
