Kompanija “Srebrena malina” iz Srebrenice, koja se bavi proizvodnjom maline, nabavila je 100 respiratora za potrebe zdravstvenog sistema Federacije u vrijednosti od 10,5 miliona maraka. Ova kompanija je u vlasništvu TV voditelja Fikreta Hodžića.
Iz verifikacionog laboratorija “Verlab” za “Avaz” pojašnjavaju da se radi o modelu respiratora koji se uglavnom koristi u hitnim slučajevima i u hitnim kolima te da se ne koristi na odjeljenjima intenzivne njege.
– Još je bitnije spomenuti da se respiratori sve više i više isključuju iz tretmana pacijenata pozitivnih na Covid (smrtnost iznad 85 posto). Bitno je spomenuti da je trenutna zauzetost respiratora u BiH ispod 10 posto (samo u FBiH postoji više od 200 respiratora i 200 anestezioloških mašina koje se mogu koristiti kao respiratori). Samim tim, postavlja se pitanje zašto trošimo pare na respiratore – pojasnio je direktor ovog laboratorija Almir Badnjević.
Između ostalog, on navodi da je “Verlab” mjeriteljski laboratorij koji pruža usluge zakonske verifikacije mjerila u zdravstvu. Samim tim, Verlab se ne bavi uvozom, prodajom, niti distribucijom bilo kakve medicinske opreme.
Zatim registrirani veleprometnici trebaju imati dozvolu za uvoz navedenog medicinskog uređaja. Dakle, potrebno je registrirati medicinski uređaj koji se uvozi u Agenciji za lijekove i medicinska sredstva BiH. Time se potvrđuje da uređaj ima osnovnu dokumentaciju za uvoz te da odgovara tehničkoj specifikaciji. Također, potvrđuje se da je firma koja uvozi ovlaštena i za održavanje (servisiranje) tih aparata, kao i za nabavku potrošnog materijala i rezervnih dijelova. Zamislite da uvezete neki uređaj, a da ne postoji niko ovlašten i stručan da vrši kasnije održavanje (servisiranje) tih aparata. Zatim, prije puštanja uređaja u rad, neophodno je izvršiti zakonsku verifikaciju (ukoliko je mjerilo iz zakonskog mjeriteljstva BiH, a respirator jeste). Dakle, neko ko nije veleprometnik medicinskim sredstvima, te nema barem privremenu dozvolu za uvoz tog specifičnog medicinskog uređaja, nikako nije mogao proći carinsku provjeru i uvesti medicinski uređaj (krši se više zakona BiH, te riječ je o krijumčarenju, švercu i ostalim prekršajima) – kazao je Badnjević.
