Lijepa vijest: Usvojen Zakon o naplati i djelimičnom otpisu dugovanja sportskim klubovima
Prijedlog zakona o izmjeni Zakona o naplati i djelimičnom otpisu dugovanja sportskim klubovima, čiji su predlagači delegati Jasmin Duvnjak, Iva Tadić i Slađan Ilić, usvojen je danas na sjednici Doma naroda Parlamenta Federacije BiH.
Kako je pojasnio jedan od predlagača, šef Kluba Bošnjaka Jasmin Duvnjak, ovim zakonom se uređuju uslovi, način i postupak naplate dospjelog, a nenaplaćenog poreznog duga koji će nastati do 1.novembra ove godine, te otpis zatezne kamate i troškova prinudne naplate svim sportskim klubovima u Federaciji BiH.
“Zbog pojave pandemije, veliki broj firmi, sportskih klubova i drugih subjekata obustavili su svoj rad, što je dovelo do poremećaja normalnih tokova poslovanja. Na utakmicama nema publike, sponzora je sve manje, naši klubovi su u teškoj situaciji jer nisu imali ni pravo subvencioniranja temeljem Zakona o ublažavanju negativnih ekonomskih posljedica. Našim Zakonom (Duvnjak-Tadić-Ilić) u uslovima finansijske krize pomjeramo rokove reprograma i pomažemo klubovima da se ekonomski konsoliduju i stabilizuju. Također omogućavamo im i šansu za licenciranje i učešće na međunarodnoj sportskoj sceni što je važno za razvoj sporta i afirmaciju države Bosne i Hercegovine”, izjavio je Duvnjak.
Da bi stupio na snagu, nakon što je usvojen na Domu naroda, predmetni Zakon mora biti potvrđen i na Predstavničkom domu Parlamenta Federacije BiH na sjednici koja se očekuje tokom mjeseca oktobra.
