Na gradskom šetalištu u Srebreniku održana izložba tradicionalnih jela
U povodu Uskrsa, jednog od najvećih kršćanskih blagdana, danas je Udruga građana „Ponori“ iz Gornjih Hrgova na gradskom šetalištu u Srebreniku organizirala izložbu tradicionalnih jela, pića i narodnih nošnji. –„Ovo je prva uskršnja manifestacija na gradskom šetalištu u Srebreniku, koja bi u narednom periodu trebala postati tradicionalnom. Cilj nam je da pokažemo da je u BiH suživot moguć, ali i da prikažemo tradiciju i običaje naših naroda“, ističe Slobodan Babić, predsjednik Udruge građana „Ponori“. Manifestaciji je prisustvovao i gradonačelnik Srebrenika Nihad Omerović sa svojim saradnicima. –„Mi ovdje već stoljećima živimo zajedno i zato se možemo ponositi našom tradicijom. Izložba tradicionalnih jela i pića koju je 
organizirala Udruga „Ponori“ predstavlja prelijep čin kojim je počašćen cijeli naš grad i kojom se nastavlja svijetla tradicija očuvanja naše bogate baštine“, istakao je gradonačelnik Omerović. Brojni gosti manifestacije, uz uživanje u tradicionalnim jelima i pićima, imali su priliku prisustovati i takmičenju u tucanju jajima i nizu drugih zanimljivih sadržaja. Organizaciju ove manifestacije, prema riječima Babića, podržali su i Grad Srebrenik i gradonačelnik Nihad Omerović, a u cilju očuvanja narodnih običaja i prezentacije turističke ponude ovog kraja, već za dva mjeseca organizirat će i manifestaciju promocije rakije od jagoda. U sklopu obilježavanja ovog velikog kršćanskog blagdana, u mjesnoj crkvi u Gornjim Hrgovima održana je i uskršnja misa koju je prevodio fra Miroslav Ikić, župnik Župe sv. Josipa u Špionici.
