Porezna zatvorila 20 kladionica u Sarajevskom, Tuzlanskom i Zeničko-dobojskom kantonu
SARAJEVO, (Patria) – Porezna uprava Federacije BiH je na području Sarajevskog, Tuzlanskog i Zeničko-dobojskog kantona izvršila 52 inspekcijska nadzora kojm su bila obuhvaćena uplatna mjesta priređivača igara na sreću klađenjem – kladionice.
U ovim kontrolama inspektori Porezne uprave FBiH otkrili su šest neprijavljenih radnika, 36 obveznika koji nisu izdavali fiskalne račune, dva objekta u kojima se obavljala djelatnost bez odobrenja nadležnog organa i pet obveznika koji nisu imali instaliran fiskalni uređaj, saopćeno je iz Porezne uprave FBiH.
“Zbog utvrđenih nepravilnosti: zapošljavanje neprijavljenih radnika, rad bez odobrenja nadležnih organa i neevidentiranje prometa putem fiskalnog uređaja zapečaćeno je 20 uplatnih mjesta kladionica, a u 41 slučaju izdati su prekršajni nalozi sa ukupno izrečenim novčanim kaznama u iznosu od 271.200,00 KM”, naveli su iz Porezne uprave.
