“Trojka” i PDA mjesecima lobiraju za smjenu vlasti u TK, pomaže li im Murphy optužujući Vladu TK za korupciju?
Stranke “Trojke”, Socijaldemokratska partija (SDP), Narod i pravda (NiP) i Naša stranka, uz jednu zastupnicu njima bliskog Pokreta demokratske akcije (PDA) Mirsada Kukića, koje u Skupštini Tuzlanskog kantona ukupno imaju 12 zastupnika, kako saznajemo, mjesecima lobiraju i pokušavaju srušiti Vladu Tuzlanskog kantona, na čijem je čelu Irfan Halilagić iz Stranke demokratske akcije (SDA).
I nakon što su predstavnici “Trojke” obavili brojne razgovore sa pojedinim zastupnicima aktuelne većine u Tuzlanskom kantonu, “Trojka” i PDA nisu uspjeli skupiti minimalnih 18 ruku, potrebnih za formiranje Vlade.
Većinu u Skupštini TK pored 13 zastupnika SDA, čine i četiri zastupnika Demokratske fronte (DF), dva bivša člana Stranke za BiH koji su sada samostalni zastupnici i Senad Alić koji je napustio politiku Mirsada Kukića. Dakle, van aktuelne većine u TK samo je 15 zastupnika, a njih 12 dolaze iz “Trojke” ili PDA.
Kao uvod u rušenje vlasti u TK trebali su poslužiti lokalni izbori u Živinicama, ali je to onemogućila ubjedljiva pobjeda kandidata Begana Muhića iz SDA, koji je osvojio 55 posto glasova, više nego što su zajedno dobili kandidat SDP-a Hajrudin Kozarević i nezavini kandidat i bivši SDA-ovac Asim Aljić.
U situaciji kada ne ide lobiranje za rušenje Vlade TK, oglasio se ambasador Sjedinjenih Američkih Država u Bosni i Hercegovini Michael Murphy, koji je optužio Vladu TK za saučesništvo u nelegalnoj sječi šume.
Ambasador Murphy je zajedno s aktivistima Karton revolucije posjetio planinu Konjuh, a tokom pojete dao je izjavu, koja je u formi videonimka objavljena na Instagramu Ambasade SAD-a.
– Nalazimo se u zaštićenom pejzažu Konjuh. Ovo mjesto je proglašeno zaštićenim 2008. godine. Ono je žrtva nelegalne sječe i korupcije. Nije pod zaštitom, a Vlada TK saučesnik je jer je dozvolila da se ovo predugo dešava. Ovo je također utjecalo na samu rekreacijsku zonu, i naravno, na susjedna mjesta čije je vodosnabdijevanje ugroženo. Srećom ima mladih ljudi koji su odlučili da je dosta i koji su se organizirali da protestiraju i prikupljaju dokumentaciju. Dali su prijedloge Vladi TK i poručili da se ovo mora riješiti jer je ovo i naše naslijeđe, nije samo vama namijenjeno. Vlada još nije reagirala, što ne smatram baš patriotskim. Jako je ohrabrujuće vidjeti mlade ljude, koji preuzimaju odgovornost za budućnost zemlje. Nadam se da ovo može poslužiti kao primjer mladima ljudima širom zemlje jer ne morate ovo trpjeti – naveo je, između ostalog, ambasador Murphy u svom obraćanju na Instagramu.
Ovo je bio povod za oglašavanje premijer TK Irfana Halilagića koji naveo da je u Javnom preduzeću Šume TK 2021. godine zatečen minus 1.400.000 KM, a stanje u 2022. godini je plus u iznosu 2.500.000 KM.
– Vlada TK je imenovanjem kompetentnih i odgovornih kadrova, čiji rad pratimo, pokazala namjeru stabilizacije preduzeća, normalizacije proizvodnje i poslovanja. Stabilnost ovog preduzeća je jedna od (ključnih) pretpostavki poboljšanja stanja u ovoj oblasti, efikasnijeg upravljanja i zaštite šumskog dobra. Na dobrom smo putu i u ovoj misiji prihvatamo svaku vrstu partnerstva, te dobronamjerne primjedbe, sugestije i prijedloge – poručio je Halilagić.
Dok Vladu TK otvoreno optužuje za saučesništvo u kriminalu i korupciji, ambasador Murphy ne reagira kada Vlada Federacije BiH upravljanje Rudnikom mrkog uglja u Banovićima, u istom tom Tuzlanskom kantonu, da u ruke kadrova Mirsada Kukuća, čovjeka koji je zbog upravljanja pomenutim rudnkom završio na crnoj listi SAD-a.
Za razliku od aktivista Karton revolucije, koji su javno pohvaljeni, apel iz banovićkog SDP-a, da se zaustavi kriminal i korupcija u rudniku, upućem direktno Ambasadi SAD-a, ostao je bez odgovora. Ako ćemo vjerovati u dobronamjernost ambasadorovog apela u vezi s Konjuhom, onda moramo povjerovati da nigdje drugdje u FBiH nema nelegalne sječe šume ili možda nije stvar samo u sječi šume, nego i nekih nepoželjnih kadrova.
