Veliki protesti u Sarajevu 21. jula: Nova borba za istinu o ubistvu Dženana Memića
SARAJEVO, (Patria) – Porodica ubijenog mladića Dženana Memića u subotu 21. jula s početkom u 18 sati organizirat će proteste ispred Narodnog pozorišta u Sarajevu.
– Pozivam sve građane iz BiH da vide kakav kriminal postoji u Sarajevu. Bit će ispred pozorišta jer dvije godine traje ta farsa, gluma Dalide Burzić – kazao je Muriz Memić nakon oslobađajuće presude Ljubi i Bekriji Seferoviću.
Seferovićima se sudilo za saobraćajnu nesreću i spriječavanje dokazivanja u slučaju smrti Dženana Memića. Dženanov otac od samog početka je tvrdio da je njegov sin ubijen, te da Tužilaštvo KS pravi farsu sa saobraćajnom nesrećom. Suđenje Seferovićima trajalo je nepune dvije godine, a tokom procesa odbrana je pobila dokaze Tužilaštva KS kao i nalaze vještaka. Protiv nekih su već podnesene krivične prijave, a uslijedit će i protiv ostalih.
Porodica je posljednje proteste u Sarajevu održala 15. maja 2018. godine kada se protestima pridružio i Davor Dragičević, otac ubijenog mladića iz Banja Luke Davida Dragičevića. Memić je s članovima porodice dao podršku Dragičeviću na velikom protestnom skupu koji je održan 7. jula u Banja Luci na kojem se okupilo više od 10.000 ljudi. Protesti u Banja Luci traju već u kontinuitetu 112 dana.
U Sarajevu se na protestima 21. jula očekuju hiljade građana koji će pružiti podršku porodic Memić, ali i Dragičević u otkrivanju istine o Dženanovoj i Davidovoj smrti.
Porodica Memić svjesna je da predstoji nova pravna bitka za dokazivanje istine o Dženanovom ubistvu nakon današnje oslobađajuće presude Seferovićima.
Memić i njegov advokat Ifet Feraget očekuju da slučaj preuzme Državno tužilaštvo na čelu sa v.d. Gordanom Tadić s kojom su u petak 13. jula održali sastanak.
Ranije je Memića i Ferageta primio Milan Tegeltija, predsjednik Visokog sudskog i tužilačkog vijeća kao i drugi članovi VSTV-a. Zatraženo je da se provedu i disciplinski postupci protiv svih tužilaca koji su učestvovali u slučaju Memić za šta je nadležan Ured glavnog disciplinskog tužioca.
Podsjećamo, Memić je u noći 8. februara 2016. godine u Velikoj aleji zadobio povrede opasne po život, a preminuo je 15. februara na KCUS-u. S njim u društvu tada je bila Alisa Mutap, ali do danas nije otkriveno na koji način je Dženan zadobio smrtonosne povrede.
