Bingov centar ‘diže’ grad u Posavini: Pokreće se ciklus investicija
Načelnik opštine Šamac Đorđe Milićević s predstavnicima kompanije Bingo obišao je radove na izgradnji trgovačkog centra koji su počeli prvog oktobra, a trebali bi biti završeni početkom naredne godine.
Građevinski inženjer koji vodi izgradnju, Ljubiša Tešić, rekao je da se trenutno radi na montaži temeljne konstrukcije i podizanju prefabrikovane montažne konstrukcije objekta.
– Riječ je o trgovačkom centru koji će imati suteren i prizemlje površine od 7.500 m2, što znači ukupno 15.000 m2. U novoizgrađenom trgovačkom centru kompanija Bingo će imati svojih 5.000 m2 prodajnog prostora, ostala površina će biti slobodna za iznajmljivanje, restoran, dječija igraona, zabavni sadržaji, rekao je Tešić.
Načelnik Milićević je istaknuo da će se početkom naredne godine u ovoj opštini nalaziti najveći trgovački centar u ovom dijelu Posavine koji će zapošljavati 40 novih radnika, a investicija je ukupno vrijedna više od 4 miliona KM.
Milićević podsjeća da će u dijelu grada gdje se gradi novi centar Bingo biti nastavljeni radovi na izgradnji i asfaltiranju ulice Dositeja Obradovića na potezu od Osnovne škole Šamac do Veterinarske stanice koje finansira opština.
– Opština Šamac će imati direktan efekat, s jedne strane dobija ozbiljan trgovački centar, počinju investicije, a s druge strane zaposlit će određen broj ljudi. Činjenica je da je Opštinska uprava od prodaje zemljišta imala direktan efekat i ta sredstva ćemo usmjeriti u izgradnju infrastrukture u gradu, rekao je Milićević, navodi se na internet stranici grada.
