Dobrovoljačka 1992. godine i sjećanje na “Ne pucaj”
U nekadašnjoj ulici Dobrovoljačka u Sarajevu danas se obilježava 30. odišnjica događaja od 3. maja 1992. godine.
Uprkos naređenju da se obustavi vatra, koje izdaje general Armije RBiH Jovan Divjak, u okršaju branilaca Sarajeva i pripadnika bivše JNA u Dobrovoljačkoj, prema podacima Tužilaštva BiH, smrtno je stradalo sedam, a ranjeno 14 osoba. Konvoj vozila JNA, pod pratnjom jedinica UNPROFOR-a, krenuo iz komande Druge vojne oblasti na Bistriku prema Lukavici, ali je zaustavljen na Drveniji, u ulici Hamdije Kreševljakovića.
Tog dana, prema svjedočenju generala Milutina Kukanjca, tadašnjeg komandanta Druge vojne oblasti JNA u slučaju “Dobrovoljačka”, ubijeno je šest pripadnika JNA, dok je u konvoju ukupno bio 261 pripadnik JNA.
Tužilaštvo BiH je 2012. obustavilo istragu protiv 14 osoba za slučaj “Dobrovoljačka”.
Među njima su bili general Armije RBiH Jovan Divjak i ratni član Predsjedništva RBiH Ejup Ganić.
Slučaj “Dobrovoljačka” ponovnim podizanjem optužnice Tužilaštva BiH opet dolazi u fokus javnosti. Događaji iz Dobrovoljačke ulice smatraju se ključnim za odbranu Sarajeva i Bosne i Hercegovine.
Tužilac Posebnog odjela za ratne zločine Tužilaštva Bosne i Hercegovine, podigao je optužnicu protiv ukupno deset osoba u predmetu “Dobrovoljačka”, saopćeno je u 27. aprila iz Tužilaštva BiH.
Optuženi su Ejup Ganić, Zaim Backović, Hamid Bahto, Hasan Efendić, Fikret Muslimović, Jusuf Pušina, Bakir Alispahić, Enes Bezdrob, Ismet Dahić i Mahir Žiško.
O Dobrovoljačkoj stav je dao i Haški sud koji je ustanovio kako je kolona JNA u Dobrovoljačkoj ulici bila legitimna vojna meta.
