Primjer neodgovornog upravljanja

Na posljednjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća Grada Gradačca prije dva dana, vijećnici su imali priliku raspravljati o finansijskom izvještaju JU Dom zdravlja Gradačac za period od 01. januara do 30. juna 2020. godine.

Ovaj izvještaj nije usvojen, a u pomenutom periodu, dakle za samo šest mjeseci Dom zdravlja Gradčac je ostvario minus od 144.981 KM.

Ovaj negativan poslovni rezultat predstavlja samo kontinuitet u katastrofalnom poslovanju JU Dom zdravlja jer je u 2019. godini minus iznosio 463.179 KM a u 2018. godini 332.723 KM.

Iz pregleda poslovnih rashoda i laiku je jasno da je jedan od najvažnijih uzroka ovakvog stanja prekomjerno i stranačko zapošljavanje jer 86% svih rashoda odlazi na plate zaposlenih a 14% su svi ostali rashodi od lijekova, sanitetskog materijala, hrane, goriva, energije do amortizacije a posebno je izražen problem velikog broja nemedicinskog osoblja.

Istovremeno u 2020. godini plate su povećane za 12% pa je prosječna neto plata iznosila 1.437,63 KM a topli orok 9,40 KM po radnom danu što zajedno daje prosječna primanja od 1.625 KM.
