Završen 46. Sajam šljive, dodijeljene nagrade za kvalitet
GRADAČAC, (Patria) – Danas je završen 46. Međunarodni sajam poljoprivrede i prehrambene industrije – Sajam šljive u Gradačcu. Svoje proizvode i usluge na 5.000 kvadratnih metara otvorenog i zatvorenog prostora prezentovalo je 310 izlagača iz Bosne i Hercegovine, zemalja regiona i Evropske unije.
“Veoma smo sretni i zadovoljni što je i ove godine sajamska manifestacija u Gradačcu uspješno organizovana i svi programski sadržaji su ispunjeni. Na sajmu je bio veliki broj posjetilaca, a izlagači su u ova četiri dana imali niz poslovnih susreta i prezentacija. Uspostavljena je saradnja, sklopljeni su novi poslovni aranžmani i ugovori za naredni period. I naredne godine na sajmu u Gradačcu će se predstaviti grad Zagreb sa Obrtničkom komorom, a očekujemo da Republika Hrvatska bude zemlja partner gradačačkog sajma. Zahvaljujem se pokroviteljima Vladi Tuzlanskog kantona i Ministarstvu privrede Kantona Sarajevo, našim sponzorima i partnerima bez čije pomoći ova tradicionalna manifestacija ne bi mogla biti ovako dobro organizovana, rekao je Hašim Šabanović, direktor Gradačačkog sajma.
Izloženi su sajamski eksponati nekih od najznačajnijih proizvođača i prerađivača poljoprivrednih proizvoda, predstavile su se brojne organizacije i institucije koje podržavaju i promoviraju ovu privrednu granu. Poljoprivrednici su imali priliku prisustvovati stručnom savjetovanju na Poljoprivrednom gazdinstvu „Krušik“ u Donjem Skugriću. Govorilo se o savremenom voćarstvu i primjeni
mineralnih gnojiva Petrokemije u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji. Održana je prezentacija rezultata istraživanja doktorskog rada Sumedine Spahić Vukojević, rodom iz Gradačca koji je prije mjesec dana odbranila na Univerzitetu u Konyi (Republika Turska).
Predstavljena je strukturna analiza i razvojne mogućnosti proizvodnje šljive na području gradačačkog kraja. I ove godine dodijeljene su medalje Gradačačkog sajma za kvalitet izloženih proizvoda te za najbolje rakije i jaka alkoholna pića. Dodijeljeno je 12 medalja za kvalitet, a ocjenu kvaliteta je vršio Poljoprivredno-prehrambeni fakultet u Sarajevu. Gradačački sajam dodijelio je šest medalja za kvalitet rakija jakih alkoholnih pića. Ocjena ovih uzoraka vršena je u Destileriji “Krušik” u Donjem Skugriću.
“Gradačački sajam ove godine se odlučio da nagradi samo najbolje i tako javnosti pošalje pozitivnu sliku kako u Bosni i Hercegovini imamo izuzetno kvalitetne prehrambene proizvode”, rekao je Muhamed Prnjat, izvršni direktor Gradačačkog sajma.
Održan je i 2. sajam pčelarstva u organizaciji Udruženja pčelara “Pčela” Gradačac. Dodijeljena su tri pehara i 31 medalja za kvalitet ocijenjenih medova. Prezentaciju o pčelarenju u skladu sa vremenskim prilikama održao je Stanko Čuljak, dopredsjednik Hrvatskog pčelraskog saveza i predsjednik UP „Nektar“ Vinkovci.
